I was so overwhelmed with gratitude that I literally started crying. He was fast, kind, and clearly went out of his way to help a total stranger. He took our tire to his shop and replaced it with a used tire of nearly the same size. He did not charge us a service call since he was already on-site, but tell me where else you can find a tow service who will replace your tires in the middle of the night? Also, the wrong brakes had been installed previously on my car (not by Firestone), resulting in my car shaking a lot when I was braking. They were very upfront with me, and understanding when I felt that the price was steep. They showed me the issues while my car was on a lift, and also pointed me in the direction of coupons to help with costs. Everyone I had the pleasure of talking to was extremely friendly and helpful. I will 100% use this Firestone location again! Their customer service was 10/10. My car is back in commission and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Really nice people. Upon receiving my keys and with the shop manager explaining the oil change and tire rotation was serviced on my Denali truck- I personally went to inspect and identified that the tires I marked had not been rotated. I went back to the office to inform the shop manager and I've even played it off as if I had no clue about the maintenance requirements for my truck just to test how he'd respond. Sure enough- to save face- he informed me that Mid Missouri Motor (MMM) service department measures the tire tread and had determined my tires didn't need rotating. How unprofessional that I pay for a service that I didn't receive and to suggest that was appropriate. Additionally, the technician failed to place a paper floor mat to protect the Denali carpet. Vehicle was returned with caked on mud left on my carpet. I will be posting a review of MMM on Yelp, Google and the official GM Twitter account to inform everyone to stay away from MMM service department and how they mistreat service members actively serving in the Army.
