The outer is wearing out much faster than the inner. These tires should last over 60k. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR ALIGNED THERE. I will not do business with them ever again. Edit: I got a 2nd opinion from another alignment shop in town and the alignment on my car appeared to be correct. I'm not sure what caused the uneven wear, especially on the outside of the tires.
