We chose them because they are certified USF roofers so we had a better guarantee, that may be worthless considering their service.

They could have dropped it off the day before so Icould have painted it.

I went outside to see what was happening and there was a man on the roof. I asked him if he knew what time it was and what he was doing up there. "I have permission from my supervisor" was his reply. I was not notified by anyone that there would be roofers working at 6am. I also was not notified that my air conditioning unit was going to be shut off, which in 100 degree weather is kind of necessary to have. After returning home from work at 3pm that same day, I let my dog out to go potty, and there were empty monster energy drink cans from the roofing crew on my patio. I found that to be extremely disrespectful. Today, 7/29, I come home from work and one of their work trucks is taking up both of my parking spots. Again, I was not notified of the work happening today. I asked them to move their truck, as the two spots they're taking up are my parking spots, and I pay for them. He then let me know that he was going to be parking there again the next few days and that he doesn't give a f**k if he's blocking me. I am unsure if it's the owner of the business I have had contact with, or if it's one of his foremen. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced from any company.

When I called to ask what the timeline might be they said somebody would call me back. Next day nobody called me back, so I called them and was once again was told somebody would call me back. I am currently still waiting for that phone call so I may update this review depending on how it goes. For a company that boasts all of their 5 star reviews on their website it sure hasn't seemed like a 5 star experience for me so far. Update: this is intended for alpine roofing and I have the right page. After talking with Christine and Ben (who was a little accusatory) it sounds like their call center made am error and never scheduled anything despite saying they would. I am supposed to have somebody come out at 5pm today (still haven't gotten an email confirmation yet) and will update further . Final update 3/19/2026 my appointment was confirmed with Oscar, one of the techs. Got a call from the operations manager who said that due to my frustrations at the company it would be best for them to cancel and not perform the work. Hopefully they get their AI scheduling system figured out to avoid wasted time in the future. I'll keep monitoring this review to ensure it stays up for others to see.

This company is horrible. The wood quality is awful, our fence latch broke once and now where the…read morehinge is attached broke because they were cheap and lazy and added a bunch of small pieces of wood that make no sense. Most of my fence is already falling apart after less than 2 years of it being up but the gate is just over a year old now. The grass that was placed is constantly dying and isn't level in the slightest. they placed it down on uneven ground and over huge rocks which has created huge holes once the grass settled and I've nearly sprained my ankle many times. My lawn mower blade stopped because it hit a rock that was very close to the surface. Not only was the grass placed over uneven ground, there was also trash, nails which were rusty, and huge chunks of wood. Some of the sprinklers weren't properly placed and one got destroyed by my lawn mower so I had to replace it- which I planned on doing anyway since the sprinklers they install are completely cheap and they either placed too many in one area so it floods or they don't reach everything and my grass is constantly dying. I am not the only one with these issues. There are over 20 people I've talked to so far in my neighborhood. I could go on forever. I should mention after my complaints throughout the years of dealing with this company, they fixed SOME of the rock under the grass issue and fixed the gate latch. The gate latch was fixed when I extended some fencing and later found out that since their wood is so cheap, the previous wood gets thrown away even if it's less than a year old. makes a ton of sense. Don't use this company- buyer be warned!

Daniel came out and looked at it one day and said he would order parts, next call said he was waiting for the correct color. Doing the work was not the issue, the after sale customer service is lacking.

We were very happy with the initial inspection, fast response, communication and service throughout the process. Way better than the last company we used (several years ago). These guys were respectful (covering our appliances so no dust or debris damage occurred), took care to be sure the job was well done and they were able to save areas we thought were lost. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to be sure no area was missed, tenting so no dust spread in the house. They also set up a filter since we have allergies which was fantastic.
