This company is horrible. The wood quality is awful, our fence latch broke once and now where the hinge is attached broke because they were cheap and lazy and added a bunch of small pieces of wood that make no sense. Most of my fence is already falling apart after less than 2 years of it being up but the gate is just over a year old now. The grass that was placed is constantly dying and isn't level in the slightest. they placed it down on uneven ground and over huge rocks which has created huge holes once the grass settled and I've nearly sprained my ankle many times. My lawn mower blade stopped because it hit a rock that was very close to the surface. Not only was the grass placed over uneven ground, there was also trash, nails which were rusty, and huge chunks of wood. Some of the sprinklers weren't properly placed and one got destroyed by my lawn mower so I had to replace it- which I planned on doing anyway since the sprinklers they install are completely cheap and they either placed too many in one area so it floods or they don't reach everything and my grass is constantly dying. I am not the only one with these issues. There are over 20 people I've talked to so far in my neighborhood. I could go on forever. I should mention after my complaints throughout the years of dealing with this company, they fixed SOME of the rock under the grass issue and fixed the gate latch. The gate latch was fixed when I extended some fencing and later found out that since their wood is so cheap, the previous wood gets thrown away even if it's less than a year old. makes a ton of sense. Their attention to detail in locating the leaks, resolving the problem, and returning the areas that were disturbed to their original condition was greatly appreciated. We had them build our block fence and they did a great job. Excellent service from planning to completion. They took care of all permitting issues and cleaned up and reset the sprinklers after completing the fence. They remained very responsive throughout a delay caused by the gas company having to move a line. read more

Dreamscape is the best landscaping company in the tri-cities area in my opinion. They have always done a excellent job, they did the work for my builder when I first bought for my home which turned out beautiful, Tony is honest and stands behind his work. When they are done with their work it is clean neat and beautiful, if something needs to be fixed or adjusted when doing a job, they will do it and be sure you are happy at completion. Tony is a very dishonest man. I called Huesito's Landscaping to get an estimate for a fence and 1 week later I get an estimate from a different company. He opened up his own business and took clients from Huesitos landscaping. I called Tony and asked him what his schedule was like. He told me three weeks so he could order the material and he would need 50% down before he would order that. I told him I would be getting other estimates so don't order anything yet. He went ahead and ordered the material and called me three weeks later and said he was ready to install. I was able to get other estimates and they were pretty close to other companies so I went ahead and let him do the install. I let him know that I wasn't able to pay the 50% and he started anyways. He sent out two guys that didn't know what they were doing. They had the fence in the wrong location and cut off about 10 ft of my yard. I had them move the fence out to the edge of the property where it needed to be. One of the gates is still in the wrong location even after I had asked them to move it multiple times. After the fence was finished I've had three or four occasions when the wind is 20 mph or more where the fence just Falls apart. Every time they came back out to fix it they told me that it was all good to go but I still continue to have it fall apart even after it being installed for 6 months now. They no longer answer my phone calls or texts and I would not recommend you do business with them. You will end up paying another company to fix their poor install. read more
