This is a small garage , and can get very busy , so be prepared to have to wait ,better still book an appointment in advance . They work a lot on local Taxis , so this can make it even busier , but quality of work means this is not a surprise . On calling to enquire if this was covered under warranty I was reassured, without hesitation, that it was (for three years) and told to bring my car in. A new Catalytic Converter was ordered and fitted withing 24 hours, no questions asked. The member of staff who dealt with me from start to finish was Liam, He was professional, polite and friendly and kept me informed at every stage. They arranged a date and time convenient to me. The car when it was returned was in perfect condtion. The interior was kept clean and the exterior was washed. The finish of the respray was excellent, as good as the manufacturers and left no indication that the car had been damaged. The car was returned on time. Although I hope I dont have to use them again as I hope my car is never in need of bodywork repair ie.subject to vandalism I know that if any problems arose again I know I could trust that the car is in safe hands recieving the best possible treatment.
