Later sent him a text saying we wanted to put an offer on it. Didn't hear from him we figured he was running a fever and was sleeping. The next day around 11am we got a message saying we better put in a good offer because someone had just put an offer on it. We had cash for it. We sent another offer in never heard back. Felt. Like he was just trying to up the price.
