But the noise just kept getting worse, and it is not coming from outside, it is coming from inside. At thanksgiving running the heater everyone kept asking what is wrong. So I don't run it, and staying warm with space heaters. Trying to get someone to come look at it now. like I said they were very nice people, but at 172.00 later it still is not fixed. don't know if I should call them. cause something is definitely wrong. Amazing company, amazing people. My AC has been out since the weather turned this year and I've…read morebeen toughing it out but after a week of 90° inside temps, I called Anderson's. One of them (Jesse) did some work for a friend and she referred them. I spoke to him and told him the sitch and he had someone over the same day, even moving some things around to come earlier and work around my work schedule. Unfortunately it was bad news and I needed my compressor replaced. I signed the estimate Monday, it is Friday night and my very hot house is finally less than 90°. I don't know what all they did to make it happen, but I at least know they drove to Beaumont and a very nice man named Tavo spent 3 hours dripping sweat on a Friday night to get me into cooler air (sorry my dog refused to be friends), leaving at 9:30 with two more jobs to do. The owner even went as far as to check and make sure it was still working and the air was cold an hour later. I cannot recommend this company enough, their communication, dedication, and outright friendliness was top tier. The experience I had with them was a great first experience to having something major go wrong in my first home. 10/10
