The nationwide garage chain is AA approved and have been Repairer of the year several times (check their website). They accept Tesco Clubcard vouchers towards MOT and service and their newly revamped website is good for making online bookings as well as occasionally finding money off vouchers. Recently their Fuel Service (see website) has received a lot of good press in improving fuel efficiency of cars.

I always do my research first before buying, letting Graham know if I can get something cheaper and he'll always give a great price for fitting. Graham was actually recommended to me by a business user which again says he must be good! The comment about overalls being outdated? Do you expect them to wear tutus!?!?!? They're mechanics for christs sake, get a grip. Speaking of grip and the bloke with a range rover, check out tyre reviews and you'll see that vredestein had been voted the best tyre but that doesn't necessarily mean its the best for your car or for noise - always check online. Remember he recommended them not forced you to fit them so you have no one but yourself to blame.

I was sold an expensive part for my Land Rover and took it home only to find I'd been sold the wrong item. I immediately returned with the part and was told by staff that it's company policy not to offer refunds. I told them that their staff had sold me the part only an hour earlier and they then argued the part had been used (on my Land Rover it wouldn't fit?!). In the end I left the part with them and resorted to charging the purchase back on my visa card. AVOID!

I have been ripped off at other garages prior to having a Land rover but never in all the time I have been with Steve have I ever felt anything other than good value for money. In an emergency situation he has always accommodated my car into the garage and provided a courtesy car; never leaving me without transport. He always discusses anything extra he finds by phone prior to starting work when he has it in; he advises regarding how long something will be likely to last and leaves it with you as to whether you have it done on or not. My partner now has a Land Rover too, and he takes his in to Steve too - we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Well looking at the reviews, this one is coming from a customer and not a salesman or member of the…read moreperrys group!. I bought a freelander2 and within the 14 months it had broken down 9 times. Each time with promises of its fixed properly now. In the end Anthony the manager promised he would search for a replacement and not make a profit on the sawp due to the hassle (breakdowns) I have had. This turned out to be a delay tactic for 9 months or more. Eventually I bought a replacement from Guy Willaims who managed to beat Athonys price by £2k. So much for his fairness, morals, intergrity, trust. Im amased how they have won any awards within in Perrys or landrover group for service, however Im sure they do very well on sales, because they certainly now how to lead you on with false promises, just hope that you dont need or rely on them to deliver.....I'll never go there again thats for sure. signed. not a copley employee or have any connection now...
