We couldn't be happier with the job that Ronnie did while we were gone for 10 days out of the country. My pups were spoiled rotten! She sent frequent updates and photos and took excellent care of my two little mutts, my aquarium and my plants. When a unexpected health concern arose with one of the dogs, she texted us immediately and administered medication until the problem cleared up. She did all this and more for less than a kennel would have charged for two dogs. We had never used Ronnie before, and we were nervous about leaving the house and dogs to someone we didn't know. Ronnie made the process easy. She certainly increased our comfort level by taking the time to stop by for a meet and greet before we booked her and then coming over again just before the trip to go over details and to meet the dogs again.
