After experiencing mechanical failure on our return trip from Louisville to Cincinnati, my group waited 3 hours and then had no choice but to spend $900 on Ubers back to Cincinnati when the bus could not be fixed on site and no other busses available. Deplorable Customer Service! Rented the pink stretch Hummer for my daughter's 14th birthday. The vehicle shut off unexpectedly and then when it restarted, we perceived a strong oil/gas burning smell for the rest of our commute. To make things worse, when I reported the incident to Savannah, I was told that our experience was not significant enough to warrant any discount or compensation. They obviously do not care about customer satisfaction or retention. At $250 per hour, I am certain I could find a better service provider whose vehicles won't malfunction and who will treat our group with respect and appreciation. Booked with Savannah Nite for our wedding as they offer the largest party bus in the area. A 40 passenger capacity before you start getting into actual charter buses. We had a large wedding party so this was necessary. The bus itself was nice. Dated a little, but if you've been on a party bus before you don't really care what the "decor" is like. They allow you to bring your own alcohol, ice, coolers, etc. on board. There is a 3 hour booking minimum. Now to why I'm submitting a one star review. Your wedding day is a once in a lifetime occasion. You ideally would like everything to go right. Sometimes though that doesn't always happen, which is to be expected. Remember how I mentioned the bus seemed a little dated? Well that also included the sound system set up. Myself and the groomsmen rode in the bus on the way to the ceremony. Sound system was working just fine. (You can connect via Bluetooth or an aux). The entire wedding party boards post-ceremony and we are all ready to get this party started!! I go to play music on my phone, as I had pre-ceremony. Nothing. That's kind of strange. So I go up and try to check out the audio display in the front. It is no longer showing up, just a black screen. That's ok, I'll go to the one in the back of the bus and see what's up. Not on either. I approach the driver and say "hey man the music isn't working. Neither display is functional." He goes "oh well the one in the back never does, but let me try and restart the bus." Restarts bus 3 times. Nothing. All the while, people are screaming "where's the music?!" I go, "excuse me sir, would you mind coming back here and seeing if you can fix this?" He gets out of his driver seat and comes back. Fumbling with the setup. It's obvious he has no idea what he's doing. He confirms my assumption by saying "yeah I'm just the driver I don't know how to work this thing." Needless to say I'm upset. More so bummed and disappointed. The whole point of renting this monstrosity of a bus was to play music. Set the vibe before the reception. The company refunded me for a half hour and didn't feel any remorse whatsoever. No one called me to apologize, just communicated via email. I think my two biggest takeaways from this experience and why I will never utilize Savannah Nite ever again / recommend them are: - The fact the driver said the back display never works. This means the company is knowingly deploying faulty transports at full price. They settle for mediocrity. They don't care enough to fix their equipment. - The bus driver not taking any ownership and the company not equipping their drivers well enough. When the driver told me he was just the driver and didn't know how to work the system, I replied with "as far as I'm concerned, you're driving this bus, which means you should be responsible for everything that comes with it." Feel free to disagree but that's just my opinion. LONG story short. Use this company if you're willing to risk a sub-optimal to poor experience. read more

I booked the pink Hummer limousine for my daughter's adoption day and we had a great experience. The driver, Santana, called the night before to confirm the details, he arrived 30 minutes early the next morning and we were easily able to link to the sound system via Bluetooth. We rented the limo for 6 hours and spontaneously ended up wanting it for an extra hour, so the driver made arrangements to have someone else take his next ride, so we could stay an hour longer. I would definitely use them again in the future. read more

Not recommended. We rented from Savannah Nite a couple of years ago. Paid cash up front and provided credit card for incidentals. We had a great driver and great experience. The following day, our credit card was charged the amount of the booking, which we already paid in cash, in advance. Needless to say, we did not get a refund nor return calls. So we called American Express. They refunded the money on the card and took care of the dispute for us. We will never rent from them again. read more

We chose Savannah because of the old car that was perfect for our wedding. Two weeks before the wedding, my wife called to see what was needed to finalize payment. She was told that we would be called the Monday before the event to collect final payment. She asked about the 5pm time in case we should move it up. We wanted to be picked up from the church for a sendoff at 4:50pm. She was told (by a younger sounding male) that we should not change the time because the car is guaranteed to be there 15 minutes before. Since we did not want the car there at 4:30, we took the advice and left the 5pm time. The man said he would put a note in the paperwork regarding the conversation. Our Monday phone call did not happen, so I called to make final payment a couple days later. I spoke with an older gentleman, Dean, I believe, and made payment. I also asked about the 5pm pickup time and changing it to 4:45pm. Again, I was told that we should not change the time because our car would arrive at 4:30pm if we did. Again, I was told that a note would be made on the account. Wedding day: Our ceremony ended at 4:50 and the car was not yet there. My best man called and was told that the car was late because the car was booked for an earlier wedding. We had to change our plans of just coming outside to rice and walking back in since the car was not available to drive us off. It was an embarrassing and disappointing way to start the best day of our lives as a couple. The car did arrive around 5pm. We were able to take a couple pictures with it and ride it to the reception location, so it was certainly not a total loss. When returning from our honeymoon two weeks later, I called, speaking with Dean on Friday, and asked to speak with Mike. Since most of Monday rolled by without having heard from Mike, I called and spoke with him. He stated that he would ask the owner about the partial refund I was requesting for the inconvenience. Mike also asked who I spoke with because he can't imagine someone would have said that. He took my number to call me back. I didn't hear back by Thursday, so I called to inquire and was told no refund would be issued because the car arrived at 5pm as scheduled. Mike stated that the only younger male was the driver of the car, who would never promise 15 min ahead of time. Dean did not remember any of our interactions. Also, Mike said that the car was delayed due to sitting in traffic in a pileup for 45 minutes (Had we been told that at the time, we might not be asking for a partial refund.) The conversation became heated when I asked why I would intentionally choose a pickup time that wasn't what I was looking for or that I was making all this up. Mike said that in all the wedding pickups in the history of their company, this has never happened before. Not once was an apology offered or any responsibility taken. When I stated that I would post my negative experience, he quickly retorted that he will respond. As you can see with any poor review on any site, the company does not take responsibility, and suggests that the customer has done something wrong. We did have the car for part of the day and the driver was pleasant, but be weary of your interactions should anything not go the way you are expecting. read more

I can't begin to explain how amazing this company is. I scheduled a Bachelorette party a month in advance. We scheduled the pink charger limo and I called multiple times to change times. Every time I called, Andy picked up the phone he was extremely friendly and understanding. He insured me that everything would be perfect! The day of the bachelorette party, I was very nervous as the maid of honor, and Andy gave me Dave's number (the limo driver). As girls, we were 20 minutes late and he was SO patient. He made the night AMAZING! I couldn't have asked for a better night with a better company. The limo was clean and had everything we needed! This party was 3 weeks ago and we keep talking about how this night was the best night of our lives. I only hope I will be in Cincinnati again to rent from this company! I would not recommend this company to anyone. Rented this company for wedding shuttle services. When I received the final bill there was an extra $212 charged for "overtime" because our last drop off was at 1:30 and not 1. They said they cannot charge for 30 min time slots. Meanwhile many of our guests complained about the driver being all over the road and many passengers feeling car sick. On our ride we crossed double yellow lines while swerving all over the road. They said they'll check their cameras to see. So much for satisfaction guarantee. read more

A Savannah Nite helped to make my 21st a truly memorable, special, and safe birthday! I chartered a 30 passenger limo bus from the service to take my whole party to the bars downtown at midnight on Friday the 11th. The massive vehicle pulled up in front of my house at 10 minutes before the hour. Our chauffeur, a woman who's name now escapes me, was energetic and she appeared to be more than happy to be "stuck" with 30 crazy college kids for the evening. The bus itself was all party...two poles for dancing, neon lights on the ceiling, and a flat-screen television. My boyfriend had driven to the service's Fairfield location earlier in the day to drop off champagne he purchased and the staff was kind enough to have it on ice in the three bars the bus was outfitted with. A Savannah Nite made sure that my party got to go exactly where we wanted to go and they dropped us off in style. I really could not have asked for anything more! read more

We booked Savannah Nite for our December 2007 wedding. primarily because of their great limo options and also because they were running a special for Cincinnati-area brides. We ended up booking two limos - a Lincoln limo that picked up the bridesmaids, me & the moms and brought us to the salon and, later, to the church. It also picked up the groom, groomsmen and the dads and brought them to the church. We also booked a black and silver Chrysler limo because (A) it looked totally sweet and (B) it could carry the entire wedding party to the reception site. The drivers of both vehicles were on time and stuck with the schedule. They were profesional and courteous. Both limos were clean and in perfect condition. I wish I could give Savannah Nite an extra star because we ended up using the Chrysler limo for more than just transportation to and from the reception site. My cousins actually got into an accident on their way to the reception site and the limo driver ended up picking them up at their house - which was where they were towed to - to bring them to the reception. Pretty cool, huh? It was really sweet and nice of the driver to do so. We kept the Chrysler limo after the reception was over for one extra hour as well so the bridal party could go around town. We ended up going to Waffle House because we were klassy like that. So - great service, awesome limos, courteous and professional drivers... all at an affordable price. read more

I called looking for a Pink Limo with only a few days' notice for a girls day out. And they delivered! Our driver was amazing, kind, made suggestions when we needed to change our destination. Everything was clean, the driver was on time and kind, and made the girls feel like princesses. They girls LOVED being seen around town in a pink limo, and we were able to choose our own music to play- which the girls loved jamming to! I just wanted to inform other potential customers looking for limo services with this review. I definitely would not recommend "A Savannah Nite" by any means. On 06/25/2021, my friend had a birthday/bridal shower party and had four residential stops to make to pick up the entire party to go to a restaurant in Cincinnati. For one, the driver was not very friendly, hit about every curb in America, not to mention I was 37 weeks pregnant. Everyone was spilling their drinks due to the very very sudden stops and curb-hitting. The drivers window was constantly down and could hear all the cursing and comments of frustration which was very unprofessional. Anyways, we get to the restaurant and was dropped off at the door and as she was as driving away, she hit a retaining wall (which was bricks) at sometime after 7PM in front of everyone. The driver came into the restaurant to let us know at 9:30PM that we had a flat tire and help was on the way but the restaurant was closing at 10PM. So we all sat outside the restaurant til about 11:30PM. The host of my friends party waited about an hour before calling the company and she was on the phone quite a few times. She was explaining the situation and concern for all our safety and trying to figure out what route we should take at this point. They never did once mention we could choose a new driver back because we were definitely not wanting to be taken an hour back home in the dark with what we experienced in the daylight. So we told the driver we were not going to need her services to return home and got multiple Uber drivers due to the size of our party. I know ours alone back with my group of three was well over $100. I feel very sorry for the host due to how much was spent to only have one way of the limo services. I am writing this to also let others know they will not be wanting to reimburse anything at all due to they do not cover "acts of God", which last time I checked I don't believe driving abilities are under that category? I had my very first limo experience with this company and it will be my last. Maybe it was just the driver we had? She was so unprofessional. It was for my bridal shower, nothing crazy just wanting to pick up my friends and have a ride to a restaurant and back. Ages 19 to 70. When the driver got to my house, she wanted to use my bathroom which I thought was odd. My stepdaughter and her friends were sitting near the drivers window where the driver kept using the F word repeatedly along with other negative comments. Keep in mind the driver had the window down and wouldn't put it up. After hitting 3 curbs at a fast speed which caused two loud pops and spilling our drinks everywhere we arrived at our restaurant. As the driver was pulling away she hit the restaurant wall ripping the rim from the tire causing a flat. We had two hours in the restaurant for her to get it fixed but it didn't happen. The restaurant closed at 10 pm. We sat outside from 9:30 to 11:30. We kept calling the company to see what was happening and they said they were working on it and if we needed to take ubers home we could. At around 11:30 we scheduled 5 ubers costing $450 from Cincinnati back to Dayton. Not to mention the cost for the limo. EST $900. The last person got home at 1:30 am. When we called the company the next day they said the tire was an act of god and we should have requested another driver and they were not going to charge us for getting the limo back late!! What?? Another Driver option was never given to us plus what was another driver going to do with a flat tire? The tire did eventually get fixed after the ubers were called and the driver drove off. None of us felt safe with her. If she was a bad driver during the day we were all confident her night time skills would be worse. At this time, the company is refusing to pay back the cost of the ubers and give no refund for the service. I am shocked that they are not taking care of their customer. Not to mention the other 15 people who were my guests who will be leaving bad reviews if they do not make this right. I am sure that it was just the driver we had. Amazing how one person can ruin an experience for 15. The BBB is my next contact. Hoping this company does the right thing. A very disappointing ride. Update! Since I posted a negative review we got a call saying they were not going to do anything. Just confirms how unprofessional they are when it comes to resolving an issue. Especially safety. Terrible Customer Service!!!!! I booked a party bus from this company for my birthday. Initially they gave me one price then when I called to confirm they hiked the price up $100. Then when I mentioned the original price, Leslie the woman who answers the phone actually said "well you know business has been slow but I guess you can get it for that original price". Then the day of my event, the same rude women leslie calls and says" Do you want this bus because your card was declined"!. Once I explained that the money had already been collected she said " Oh I see now". The contract stated that the party Bus was to include an Auxillary cord, glassware and napkins which it did not have. The entire ride,the radio was pretty much fuzz. When I asked the driver if we could switch buses, he basically ignore me. On Monday morning when I called the company to discuss the issues, the same Lady leslie started yelling saying that my party rewired the whole music system and that I owed them $500 For the stereo system when in actuality they were trying to get me to pay to upgrade their out of date system. She then proceeded to say that she wasn't doing anything about no glassware or napkins because the driver could have gotten us some, however he never offered. The she went on to yell "shouldve, couldve, wouldve, oh well" DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY because they will ruin your special day!!!!!! read more

We booked a limo for a bachelorette party. The driver was super nice and helpful. When we got into the limo we attempted to connect our phones. We were unable to connect to play any music. Their stereo system would not connect to play our music. The driver attempted to help the best he could. He left the vehicle in park in hopes that was maybe the problem and that did not work. We stopped at two gas stations trying to buy other cords to connect our phone from what the driver had provided and no place had them. We attempted to just play the radio and realized that all of the stereos in the limo besides one were broken. No sound would come out of them. We ended up playing music out of our phones... I called to explain to them what had happened. I called "after hours" at 5:30 even though on their website it says they close at 6:00 and reached the after hours person. He was so unbelievably rude. He told me he was unable to help and I would have to call back tomorrow to get help and would not take down my information for the company to call me back. Finally after explaining to him that he should be taking my information down, he did. The next day I called back and reached the after hours guy again even though again it was before 6:00. He said he had not talked to any one in the building so did not tell anyone to call me. He also stated "sounds like if you want to talk to someone so bad about this you would call during the times I had given you." When I asked for his name he said "Ed." I asked if he was the only Ed that worked there and what his last name was since this was also our drivers name and I did not want it to seem that it was our driver being absolutely terrible. He stated "Ed is the only name you need to know." He also kept saying "oh okay" and cutting me off when talking. I could not believe how rude he was to someone trying to get ahold of someone about a problem with their company. When I called back today and talked to the manager she told me that the best she could do is give a discount on our next service with them.... which there will not be. When I told her about Ed (the after hours guy) she made excuses saying, "well he lives in Florida and that's probably why he did not tell anyone." She also stated, "Ed gets calls late with last minute changes from drunk people so that is probably why." She did apologize for him... how nice. I cannot believe the customer service for this place. I waited until the last minute (3 weeks before) to find transportation for my wedding party and even though they were booked up for party buses they were able to accommodate us with a HUGE excursion limo that held all of us comfortably. The driver, Tina, arrived on time and was very friendly. She treated everyone like royalty. She called the day before and reviewed our itinerary. The price was reasonable and they beat their competitors by at least 100 bucks. I highly recommend this company and was happy with my experience. read more

My future stepmother had her bridal shower at a restaurant in Cincinnati last week and they booked with A Savannah Nite. I sat towards the front of the limo and I heard the limo driver using several profanities as she drove while the privacy window was down, which made me and the other guests feel uncomfortable. She hit several curbs and at one point when she failed to properly maneuver the vehicle down a street, she proceeded to ask one of our guests to get out of the limo to "direct traffic". Upon our arrival at the restaurant, we exited the vehicle and the driver then ran into a wall next to the restaurant, which led to a flat tire. The driver did not approach us to tell us that the limo had a flat until we were finishing up dinner 2.5 hours after arrival, leading to our party being stuck outside the restaurant for 2+ hours after we had finished dinner. The restaurant was super nice and helped us so much even after they had closed. They waited with us and helped us find ubers home, which the bride paid for. The limo company expected us to drive back with our limo driver, however, considering how dangerous the ride down to the restaurant was, we determined this would be unsafe. They refuse to credit the host for our troubles and they refuse to pay the bride back as well for the ubers. If anyone decides to book with A Savannah Nite, I really hope everything goes well because if it does not, you are out of luck. They will dismiss both you and any inconvenience their company and its drivers cause. I will never be using this company again and do not recommend it. read more

I used SN for our wedding on August 9, 2013. We used 3 vehicles, a 14 passenger van for the morning and 2 party buses. All vehicles were on time for picking us up which was great and they had the appropriate beverages chilled and waiting for us when we got on the bus! All the drivers were extremely nice and professional! Dealing with all the staff at SN the times I called was also extremely pleasant including the manager Mike. We only had two issues: 1) the day before the wedding they notified us that the charter bus we originally signed for had problems with the AC so they were going to give us a party bus instead of the charter bus which was completely fine with us and were happy that they cared enough to let us know since it was august! 2) the replacement party bus had the AC go out during the first few minutes of pickup and ultimately led to the bus breaking down HOWEVER since we had another party bus available to shuttle people, we made do. Things like this arent preventable and do happen which I totally understand but for me the kicker is how a company handles such a situation. After the wedding I called the manager Mike and let him know of the issue and he sincerely apologized and returned my phone calls when he said he would. Along with that he refunded a significant amount of what we had paid (an amount which I agreed was fair). To me this shows that this place really is first class and knows customer service. Because of their professionalism, especially with such an incident, I have still referred them for my other friends weddings in the area and will continue to refer and use them in the future!! Worst service ever! We had a group of 5 over 40 mini-van moms looking for a fun night out on the town. When we got the limo, we learned we were not allowed to drink or eat ANYTHING in the car! We also soon learned that we were apparently not allowed to consume any alcohol when were NOT in the limo! What is the point of getting a car to drive you if you are not going to drink??? This was the transportation company used for my best friend's wedding. Driver was extremely rude. When the bridal party (INCLUDING THE BRIDE) requested that music be turned on, the driver said no. When we asked the heat be turned down as the van was packed and therefore hot, the driver refused. He missed our exit and therefore made us later than we already were. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I would explicitly advise against it. read more

They are the worst vendor that we have ever worked with. We had signed a contract with them for our wedding in 2012 and put down our $500 deposit with a signed contract. They then realized that it was Derby Day and wanted to make more money off of the party bus. So they called us and were going to edit the contract and make us pay $300 more for the same package. So basically they agreed on a price and we signed that paperwork-- then they call us a month later and say that they want more money from us!? Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and who's to say that they would have even showed up on the date and cancelled with us if they could earn a measly $400 more from somebody else for renting the same party bus. I could not believe that this happened. BEWARE FUTURE BRIDES. It is not worth the hassle! And who wants to do business with people like that--- a little to far on the wheelin and dealin if you ask me. What ever happened to customer satisfaction?!
