I feel as though being far away made me an easy target to be taken advantage of, and his poor communication and lack of professionalism cost me the sale of my house. Tens of thousands of dollars gone because of this one person (the loan couldn't close unless the house was painted.) Jon refused to communicate with me, opting only to speak with my realtor or the buyer's realtor. Deadlines kept being missed over and over again, and without desperate communication we wouldn't even know that he had missed the deadline. Work was never even started. We called Ohio Home Doctor after yet another google search and Matt returned my call immediately and was out to look at our house within a day. He was so positive and told me "We can fix this!" And honestly, I about cried! His team started work which involved removing the brick on the front of our house and rebuilding our house structure almost up to the second story.
