Disappointing results for the cost after 6.5 hours of cleaning at 120/hr. Some things were done well and others were not. Owner offered to come out and remop the floors but I declined. I soent about 30 minutes after the cleaners left putting items back where they were when they started and will remop the kitchen myself. read more

I see you reached out to other clients for a review re-do to try to up your rating. You agree to no further communications EVER, then 2 weeks later you are at it again! You NEVER discussed a deep clean for the first cleaning. I told you the window of time available for cleanings, I never agreed to 4 or 5 hours of cleaning, as it has always taken 3 to 3.5. Days after telling me you I was a favorite client, you dropped a bomb saying a cleaner quit and you couldn't clean on a rental turnover day. I asked you if you were going to give me a consideration for standing me up, you acted like you had never heard of such a thing, then said you were dropping me as I was too far to drive. Your story about time and charges was always a moving target, and I strongly urge anyone considering using this business amature to get a CONTRACT from her, spelling out all of her. In my experience she makes up her rules as she goes. Let's see if she tries to up her rating after a fair and honest review again. read more

Poor service and left my place dirty, with bugs on the bathroom floor, trash in the kitchen and smelled awful. Rude staff that was one hour and half late and had no excuses. Never use this business!!!! read more
