It was a huge unnecessary hassle, but I couldn't fight every battle. When it arrived at the destination, there was no order to uncrate it...so it wasn't. Instead, it was leaned against a closet door, effectively blocking access to the closet and making unpacking in that room more difficult. It's been there ever since. I don't blame the moving guys for not uncrating it without orders. I blame the absolute dipshit (Hunter) who placed an order for crating, but not uncrating it and the inability to get anyone on the phone (Kayla) to correct the issue on the day of the move in. Additionally, it took 18 days to receive my belongings, even though the move was less than 500 miles, primarily connected by Interstate. That is a long time not to have a couch or a proper bed or the normalcy that having one's belongings provides. It should have taken 3 days, 4 days tops. This was really bad service, compounded by the fact that I had to commit to the move before receiving a delivery date, so they know that customers would balk at their lackadaisical turnaround time. Overall, I would not use this service again. ETA (8/26/23): Two guys from the local moving company showed up at my door 4 days after the move in. Uninvited. No phone call/text or other contact. Just showed up. Hung around in the stairwell for a while. Then banged on my door. That's creeper behavior. Very unprofessional. I would never trust Mesa for another move.

I called Ricardo to see if he knew of anyone I could hire. He offered up his assistance. He saved me. This was a big job to unload the truck, and he was so kind and helpful. Recently, I had some work I needed done right along the lines of what he does and that was re-staining the top of my porch railings that were starting to peel after four years. So I hired Joel to do the job at my house. Not only did Joel do a primo job, see pictures, but after he was finished, the rain moved in and some bugs came and stuck all over my railings. It was a disaster. I was worried, but I told him about it and he said he would come and do a little sanding and do a re-stain on a drier day. He was good to his word and he came and got rid of the bugs and added a third coat and now they look absolutely beautiful. So not only does Joel do excellent work, he stands by that work and he's proved to me that Customer satisfaction is his priority. Yes I paid him a little extra to come and finish, but he didn't know that at first. Plus the value was outstanding. I highly recommend Joel at Rocky Mountain Pressure Washing for whatever home jobs you might need!
