If I could give 6 stars I would! Not only does my vehicle look sensational, but it was a pleasure and a joy having Paul doing it. He is hard working, dedicated, funny, and has excellent attention to detail. I want to add that my Highlander SUV was really, really dirty! So the fact that it sparkles inside is a true testament to his ability and thoroughness. It also smells and feels clean without an overpowering toxic cleaner or sickly sweet scent. I liked the menu of choices and add-ones and there was a reasonably priced choice that addressed my main focus of getting the interior deep cleaned after many family road trips through desert, forest, and beach. (I bet my vehicle is measurably lighter,lol!). And it still got a nice exterior wash and even a tire shine. It also just feels extra good to know he's worked hard at changing his life fighting addiction, and his eyes sparkling and his kind smile made my day! I had an appt with them at 1230, spoke with the owner the day before to verify and he seemed very relaxed about when I could drop my vehicle off and was purchasing the sellers package (est. 4.5hrs) I took time off work and dropped my car off at 1120 and was told to leave my key in the box, I hadn't heard from them around 430 so I walked back to the shop and figured if it wasn't ready I'd come back later. When i got there it hadn't even been started, the guy told me he was backed up and hasn't had a chance to get to it yet (he did offer to add a service but I'm selling my vehicle, and don't need that) but could get it done by 6. I told him that I had taken leave off work to get this done today and started to ask how he was going to get a (est 4.5hr detail) done in in 1.5 hrs. because I've never had a detail done, and he began to get frustrated with me and gave me an attitude. If I'm spending $300+ on a detail I don't want a "rushed" job, sorry if i want to ask the question... He then began to swear at me, so I asked for my keys back and don't appreciate the attitude and being sworn at, then he proceeded to tell me to get the F*** out of here and go give him a bad rating whatever... All I can say is Oh. My. Goodness! My car is 13 years old and has only been detailed once. I had a spill last week which left my car in less than stellar condition. I can't say enough good things about A+! I had my first detail with them today. Courteous, professional, and on time. My car carpet was full of embedded pine needles and dog hair, and I have a kiddo who eats in the car (you parents know what I'm talking about! ) My car looks AMAZING. He didn't just go over everything once. He took the time to go over trouble spots multiple times. He found every spot of sap on the outside, the tires and rims shine, and the windows are spotless. They did a good job at cleaning my very dirty car, but I am giving them two stars because I was missing a bunch of stuff from my car after I picked it up. The whole upper part of my center console was emptied out. Two thumb drives, a box of unused tooth picks, etc. The console has a lid that snaps down, so there was no reason to even be in it. I was also missing my charger cord, a pocket knife and a flash light. We called and the manager never called us back. I was also disappointed that my car was there all day when I had a 10:00 am appointment. read more

My poor Jeep was COVERED in sap! It was getting old and dry and turned white so it looked like I got attacked by a flock of seagulls! But it didn't wash off like bird poo... this nice young man came to my house, explained what he would do to remove it, warned me that there MIGHT be damage to paint if he can't get it off in some areas (this didn't happen) and when he was done she was Sparkley and pretty just like the day I bought her! Thank you so much for your quick response to my texts, keeping me informed of arrival(he was late but because of other reviews I expected this and planned accordingly). It took him 1.5 hours to clean a Jeep Grand Cherokee, exterior only. And it wasn't $215 Like I had been quoted from another place! Way less! And less time! PLUS at my home! I will be calling again and maybe doing that extra buff wax thing! read more

Tommy did my detailing and unfortunately he doesn't have a lot of attention to detail. I paid for the $250 service which is 4 hours and 40 minutes, wash, clay bar, wax, interior clean. Tommy finished and asked me to look over the vehicle so I did, first thing I noticed was dog nose spots on the inside of the glass, I asked if he cleaned the inside of the windows he said no and he'd do it. When he finished with that, I was busy and couldn't give the truck a thorough checking before he left.  After he left, I noticed all of the deficiencies.  The outside trim was very uneven, there was trim spray all over the paint and bumpers, the roof (it's a Suburban) wasn't even washed, the vehicle wasn't waxed and there was compound on the windshield gasket.  Also, he lost the handicap placard that was in the door. He left after 3.5 hours  I contacted A+ and they came back the following week at no charge to fix the issues.  I gave Tommy the list of what was wrong (listed above) and he spent the next hour or so working on the truck. He told me he didn't clay bar it the previous week because the water spots are really bad and would need to be buffed out, I have no problem with this but why wasn't I told the previous week? Needless to say he washed and waxed the truck and cleaned the roof but nothing else was corrected. I sent this information to A+ but they didn't even respond, not even an apology.  That's not good customer service. If you need detailing, maybe Anthony does a better job but I won't be giving any more money to this business. read more

My first experience with this company was not great, however their customer service was. I scheduled to have my car detailed & have mold/mildew removed from the vehicle on a Friday. At first sight of the vehicle it looked good. So I allowed Tommy to leave. However, after getting in the car the following morning, I was far from pleased. As I pulled my seatbelt, there was an extreme amount of mildew. Being the weekend I was unable to hear back from the company until I called again on Monday afternoon. They apologized and scheduled to have another detailer, Paul come out to redo the job on Friday. As Paul arrived we looked further into the vehicle and found mildew in the trunk where the spare tire was. Behind where you pull the back seats down and a couple other various locations. He kindly removed all the mildew. Paul did not redo the detail job, he simply only removed the mold/mildew. Here I am again, getting into the vehicle the following morning.... unimpressed. Yes, the seatbelts have finally been cleaned properly. All the miscellaneous spots of mildew have been cleaned. However, there are still several small areas in which the vehicle is not considered "clean". Between the seats, the E-brake and other crevices in which I believe should have been cleaned in the initial detail. Both detailers arrived well after the scheduled appointment time, both not even notifying me until 15-20 minutes after their scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this company. read more

I'm wildly impressed with their work and quality. I have a white minivan that literally has been sitting unprotected for the past 2 years. It was covered in some moss, sap, and caked on pollen. It also had a mold issue on the interior. Teddy came over and put in 5 hours of hard work and it came out the other side looking brand new. Teddy said "this is the most difficult exterior" that he's ever dealt with. I could not be more impressed and the outcome far exceeded my expectations. I wish I'd taken some before pictures to show how truly bad this vehicle looked. I didn't because my expectations of the outcome were so low (that isn't representative of the expectation of their quality of their work but the truly terrible condition of the van). Also I didn't get the feeling that I was handing my money over to a hard working meth addict like I've gotten with a couple of the past detailers I've used. A+ Superior Detailing is far and away the best detailer I've ever used, and they will get my future business. read more

I'd like to say that I take pretty good care of my car, but sometimes I just can't find the time to keep it clean as often as I'd like. Anthony and his crew definitely work hard for their business, and their skills really show just how dedicated they are to keeping your vehicles clean. Very happy with Anthony's work ethic as he brings all his tools to you in order to get any detailing work done. Their services are affordable and you get your money's worth and more, as they go out of their way to accommodate you as best as they can. Awesome! I hadn't washed my jeep in over 2 years. That might not be a big deal to you but to put things in perspective, I run a dog pack so I have dogs coming in and out of my car that are wet, full of mud and dirt. Man these guys were great. My 01 Dodge Neon had sat unused for about 6-8 months through fall and winter and got absolutely covered in mold inside. They came out, and with an affordable rate, got that car looking brand new on the inside. I scheduled a full detail for my CX-5 that was 3 hours. Usually I'm very picky about how my car is cleaned and I detail my own cars every few months but I was in a pinch and needed it cleaned ASAP. The guy I had was Kyle. He showed up on time and got started right away. The vacuum and car wash was great. He got into all the hard to reach places in the car, and my leather seats were cleaned nicely and wiped with a protectant. The engine bay wipe down was ok. I think it was more of a quick surface wipe down and I t wasn't as detailed as I would of liked. I live on a dusty road and it gets dirty quite quickly so I wasn't too upset . The interior wipe down was just ok as well. Everything was crumb and dust free, but there were streaks of the protectant/cleaner everywhere so you could see where it was and was not applied which was kind of disappointing. I think a contributing factor to that was it was 80 degrees or so out and the product must of dried too quickly and left streaks. Thank you to Kyle for coming out on a very hot day and giving me a fresh car. Aside from those two things the car looked great. I would probably continue detailing my own cars in the future but if you don't have time to do it yourself I think A+ would work perfectly for you. read more

Today was a different story!!! Paul was my technician and he was amazing !!! 100% changing my Review based on what i have seen in the daytime light (because of the lack of professionalism all around, my truck wasn't done until night and I couldn't see, which I'm sure he knew was his saving grace) the seats are nowhere near clean. Huge spots that were the point of my calling were left. It doesn't even smell clean. The job was nowhere near worth it. . i was called and asked to change the time of my appt and then the person didn't show until after the originally slotted time anyway which means i waited around for hours. And the person on my job LEFT my job in the middle to go to another because his boss overbooked him, he then gave me attitude when I couldn't let him come the next day. I said what time I could have him come in the am which was already a huge stretch for me and he just repeated the time HE could come as if I should be the one to accommodate. I'm so disappointed by every single aspect of this company including their clear presence on Yelp and lack of response to even my original 2 star clearly disappointed review. The way this was handled seriously affected me when i was preparing for my husbands return after a year deployed the next day and I'm soooo angry I paid AND tipped (25 fucking percent I might add) when I could have done it myself and saved the money and headache. At first I tried to give the man who actually did the job the benefit of the doubt but in The end I HIGHLY suggest you go to almost anyone else if you want the job done correctly in any aspect. read more

I research any company that I do business with. I researched A + Superior Detailing, reading all of the reviews, good and not so good. I decided to make an appointment on line, which was super easy to do. My appointment was for Tuesday at ten thirty a.m. I got a call the day before asking if I would mind moving the detailing for later on in the afternoon. I said that would be fine. In the afternoon, I got another call saying that the detailing would have to be postponed because the daylight would soon be gone and of course, they needed to be able to see to detail! Again, I said that would be fine. That night I received a text with a suggested time, which did not work for me. So - I texted back and we agreed on a new time. All this to write - Paul and Robert came out today and did a fantastic job on detailing my vehicle. They were on time - two minutes early! - and they got to work straight away. They were pleasant and I felt extremely comfortable having them at my home. My car hasn't looked this good since I drove it home from the dealership. I HIGHLY recommend A + Superior Detailing. I've had my car professionally detailed in the past but was left with varying results that left me unhappy. I can say that I'm very happy with my car detail service from Anthony. It was super easy to make an online reservation thru his website. He also accepts credit card payments which made the entire process from start to finish super easy! I took my dog to the vet for shots and she ended up vomiting all over one of my captains chairs (vented seat). I tried everything I could think of with no luck. Everyone I worked with at A+ Superior Detailing was very friendly and super helpful. They were able to come to my house the next day to clean just the one seat (I did not need a full interior detail) for a reasonable price. Outstanding! We're getting ready to sell our 8-year old Camry and wanted it to look as good as possible. It came out better than we thought it could. Tommy showed up a bit early and immediately got to work. (We got the Superior Detail Package.) He spent most of his time cleaning the passenger cabin and trunk which needed it badly everything got scrubbed, steam cleaned or thoroughly vacuumed. That was the work that will sell the car. Outside was good but just a wash and wax. The car looks amazing. The only problem was that he was finishing up near dark and did not completely dry the car. It's a minor thing but is something I'd be sure to look for the next time we use them. Otherwise a perfect A+ job. read more
