I've tried A T Nails a few times over the last year or so, mainly for gel pedicures. And the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because there has been a good pedicure here and there. But, unfortunately, what sticks with me is when they're not. First, they don't actually clean in the nail. They clip, file, and clean the dead skin, but they don't get under the nail to clean the buildup out. Also, when they clip, they don't take care to prevent ingrowns. I've had a couple that I've had to deal with after a pedicure here. I've learned to only ever see Anna, because you'll more consistently get a better pedi with her. However, that's not always a fail-safe. I started only seeing her after her husband gave me a really shoddy pedi. Gel polish chipped two days after the service. I went in to get it fixed, and he blamed me for the chip, even though it was clear there was no way. It's gel, people. You have to do a lot to get that to chip off. And certainly not within a couple of days of it being applied! Since then it's been Anna who has been my nail tech. This last time, unfortunately, the gel polish also chipped. I'd say about two weeks after the pedicure. Similarly, as stated before, that shouldn't happen with gel. I've had a good gel pedicure stay on unchipped for 6 weeks, and it's only because my nails have grown out that I've needed another one. They are one of the more affordable nail salons around, so on the one hand it's hard to beat the price and convenience. But, on the other hand, if I'm barely getting a couple of days or weeks out of the pedi, I'm just throwing money away at that point. I think I'm better off just paying a few more dollars for a longer-lasting pedi. This was likely the last time here for me. read more

I have been going here for 8 years. I moved away and I still have found the quality of work whether a mani, pedi, brow wax are longer lasting and well done! I have tried several other salons and I still come back to this one. Kevin and Mae are very nice too. read more

We've tried A T Nails a few times over the last year for gel pedicures. They are nice and the inside is welcoming. Our nails always look nice but the polish begins to chip or come off totally after about 2.5 - 3 weeks. They are fairly priced, but can't justify it if the polish doesn't stay. read more

Wow! I mean, wow! I've been looking for a reliable and affordable nail salon in Denver/Aurora for months and I've finally found one. The salon is small, clean, and my nail tech, Anna, was so kind! Not to mention my nails are shaped beautifully and the perfect thickness. I will be back every month. On the day I went there was no wait because I was able to go midday during the week, but I would suggest making an appointment if you need to go during the evening or on a weekend. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. On 7/16, my cousin, mother in law and myself went into A/T nail salon looking for three pedicures. We were celebrating a special occasion. I asked for a shellac pedicure and they wanted a normal pedicure. For my pedicure and one other, it was $96 total including the $16 tip. When I returned home hours later, I noticed the polish was peeling off and painted all over my skin. The woman performing the pedicure clearly didn't know what she was doing and no one offered to help her. The next day I returned to have my toes fixed and to ask for my money back for the tip. I was told they can fix the toes but no money would be refunded. The man I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. He insisted that this was MY fault. The woman the fixed my toes also didn't know what she was doing. The polish is thick and will peel off too. I will be disputing the charges for my experience with my credit card. Do not go to this salon. They are rude and don't know how to polish toes. Terrible experience!!! read more

This salon is a hole in the wall by looks but I had a previous full set from a very new and beautiful nail salon close to home. Unfortunately they did an awful job and my nail broke within a week. I work on a computer all day so it's not like I did heavy labor. I decided to pull in on my way to home from and was given a small selection of shellac polishes but cute. Kevin started on my nails and let me tell you, he did an AMAZING JOB. He was very focused, kind and did not rush. Before filing the acrylic it was almost flawless. I've been going here for a couple of years. It started out as a last minute stop out of convenience and the pedicure treatment was so great, now this is the only place I go! The hot stone treatment was an unexpected surprise, included in the $25.00 price (before tip). If you're in a rush, I do recommend an appointment, however, there is rarely much of a wait. Hopefully this little gem stays in business for a long time! I've never had a manicure here because I just don't ever get them so I can't speak to that, however, I would definitely give them a chance if I ever decide I need one. Would not recommend. Staff is not accommodating or friendly. They told me I needed to make an appointment when there was absolutely zero people in there. Pedicure was rushed through. Second time I called to make an appt for 6pm and the man said they close at 6. The door and online says 7. Been going here for years. Have had both pedicures and manicures here. It is consistently very clean and the staff is very friendly. The same people have worked here for years. My favorite part of going here is they don't try to upsell while you are sitting in the chair. I have had uncomfortable experiences with this at other salons. This is my first time in- was searching for a new nail salon following 2 substandard visits & a price increase at my local salon.... Thank you yelp- this salon is right near my office so convenient with plenty of parking. The lady that did my nails was so kind- she helped me decide on a color and proceeded with a top-notch gel manicure. They have wireless UV machines which are easy to get your hand under so no unintended smearing. I plan to come back and try a pedicure as well. The salon is clean, well-lit and they have heated towels for your to dry your hands with ( loved that touch!) Several stations & pedicure chairs but best to make an appointment if you can. read more

If we could put a negative star we would. My mom has been going to this salon since it opened. She was going every month for a pedicure. She is 89 years old and raved about this place until yesterday. She was treated so poorly, that she was practically in tears. They repeated reprimanded her, once for approaching the polish rack to choose a colors (like other customers did), once for have her mask down to wipe her nose, and once for her to leave, because her 15 min dry time ended. In addition, they proceeded to whisper and laugh, which she became convinced was about her. The reason she went there all these years is because they are right by her retirement community and SEEMED to care about the elderly. However that is NOT the case any longer and they should be ashamed of themselves. They lost a good customer and her wide group of friends as well. read more

I went in for mani and pedi. The people were nice enough. The job was terrible. I asked for a french tips and they gave it to me but was not a clean job. There were many mistakes. The guy was cutting my cuticle but was not looking at what he was doing since people walked and he had to greet them. He cut my nails but did not bother to make them look even. The white tips are also uneven. He only put one coat of topcoat on the french tips which you know will not last. This was my first time there and I just let him do the work. I moved to Denver recently and have tried a few nail salons and by far had the best experience at A-T. Very easy to get in for an appt. Got in with 5 minutes notice. Gel mani was done very quickly - even with three coats at my request - and with precision. My cuticles and nails look amazing! Very reasonable pricing, clean and welcome environment. The heated towels were a nice addition to the experience. I'll be a return client. Update: I also stopped in for my first pedi at this location. Again, fit me in with 5 minutes notice. Incredible experience! In addition to an awesome color and pedi, I received a sugar scrub and hot stone massage on my legs. This is the standard treatment. No extra cost. My feet feel and look brand new! All technicians are very kind, thorough and equally talented. read more

Ive been coming here since they first opened which was at least 8 years ago. Even though I know longer work as close as I used to, I still try to make it here to get my manicures and pedicures any time I can. There are 4 nail salons much closer to where I live now but would much rather make the 10-15 minute drive here (sometimes longer with traffic) because of the price, quality of service, cleanliness and the incredibly sweet employees. You absolutely cannot beat a $25 pedicure that includes an incredible massage in addition to the salt scrub and an additional hot stone massage at the end. It's so relaxing and after a long day/week I really look forward to going there just for that. The massage chairs are a great bonus too. I get more pedicures here than I do manicures but the manicures are a great price as well - not as long or great of a hand massage but for someone who has super dry cuticles and chews her nails, they make them look neat and polished and I really can't ask for more. This place is a true gem and hands down my favorite place to go in Denver - and I've been to many including the high end "spas" that cost considerably more (there are two off of Colorado Blvd that I'm thinking of). You can get the exact same results for a fraction of the price at this salon which is a no brainer for me! read more

I've gone to A T Nails for more than 3 years -- since they first opened. This salon is a husband and wife owned business (Anna and Kevin), with just one other tech that I know little about. She seems pleasant and friendly, but I've not experienced her service. Anna is very good, kind and does a great job -- she is always busy, preferred by most customers and very over-worked! I usually made an appointment for Anna. She can do it all: waxing, pedicures/manicures, artificial nails of all types, etc. On my latest visit, I walked in and Anna was too busy, so I had Kevin do my pedicure and polish change. Kevin's attitude has really changed over the 3-year time period and he has become unfriendly (aloof), unprofessional and not so kind nor appreciative of my business. His skills are more limited. He does a good pedicure, but he acts like he doesn't understand English (or can't hear) and would rather be watching the television or hiding out in the backroom. I'm very disappointed in how disrespectful and unappreciative Kevin has become. Needless to say, I won't be going back! If I hadn't recently moved 40 minutes away, I'd probably still go to Anna and just ignore her rude husband, but there are good nail techs near my home and I refuse to be treated rudely and talked down to! :-( read more
