This nail salon is absolutely atrocious. I have been going since they expanded from Fingers and Toes, and while the service used to be great, something has changed. There has not been a single time in recent years that I have not waited at LEAST 20 minutes for an appointment I scheduled. Ive had to change the type of service I get in order to make it to events or fit in my schedule AT THE SALON because the timing is so awful. Additionally, the customer service is some of the worst that I have experienced. They mess up schedules, always assume they are right, and do not treat customers with respect. I am incredibly disappointed and will never be returning. I do not recommend. read more

This was the inspo and what I received for my wedding nails. I went in for a trial to make sure they could do it and they said it would be no problem. They didn't have the right type of gold polish so I ordered some and brought it in for my final appointment. The dip was super thick and the gold was just bad. A lot of it was painted onto my cuticles so it started peeling away after an hour. The gold also smeared on some of the pink and my skin so it looked dirty. I called back asking for help to get it fixed (wedding was the next day). They didn't have any good time available and were going to charge me. Thankfully went to another salon who re-did all my nails for only $10 because they felt so bad. read more

Excellent customer service. They give you what you want( I'm a minimalist:) I love simple and clean. That's what I got) they don't push you to sell you a product or service. I really liked that! Professional and courteous. Clean establishment and have a process in place to check for COVID 19 symptoms before you go in to get a service in case you are concern about it. A lot of space amongst customers as well. Everyone was wearing a mask and gloves properly( changing gloves between services and washing hands) because there is not point in wearing them if you are not doing it correctly. Never did I ever think I'd be so excited to get a pedicure. But here we are... I was probably due for a good foot scrub back in February, hesitated to make an appointment and then found myself in dire straits these past several months. Yes, I washed my feet and trimmed my toenails, but overall my tootsies were in a pretty sad state. Effective May 9, nail salons opened back up again in the Denver area. And it was impossible to get an appointment for a few weeks. However, I took a chance on Manicured (right around the corner from the Trader Joe's on Colorado) and scored an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Having driven by several times after completing grocery shopping, it was worth a try. First off, to qualm concerns about health and safety, this nail salon was impeccably clean. By appointment only and customers have to immediately wash their hands upon entry. Masks are required by all. I saw staff spraying down stations/chairs with sanitizer after every use. You could've eaten a meal off the floor, but that probably isn't allowed. Second, the staff is so nice and friendly. I felt like a "regular" upon first visit. Gracious and warm, even in a 25% full nail salon. 5-stars alone for the hospitality. Last, they didn't judge when there was some heavy duty scrubbing needed on my feet. There were several layers of dead skin that came off and my cuticles were bad shape. It was assured that they've seen so much worse. My feet look human again and with tip and the add-on spa service for my pedicure, it came out to $66. Well worth the extra money to feel safe, comfortable and my feet look fabulous. Pro tip: Get a customer punch card and get double points on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. read more

This was the best dip manicure I have ever gotten in terms of receiving an actual manicure + dip application! The salon was extremely clean & is taking great covid precautions. Hannah was very thorough & pleasant to talk to. Make sure you let them know if you are rough on your nails and need multiple dip layers. The only suggestions I have are to 1) give the client their nail files/buffer in a little baggy because I scratched a nail when I tried to get it out of my pocket & 2) list on the service menu that it costs extra to remove previous dip done at another salon. The service menu currently lists it's $10 to remove dip without re-application, but I was charged for removal because I had my dip done at another salon. I will definitely be back next time I am in Denver! read more

I got a dip with extensions and a French. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the salon. I wish they served complimentary drinks though. My nail tech was really great and we had some good chats. Manicured is so beautiful and the best part is that there aren't any chemical fumes! Manicured smells like a volcano Anthropologie candle. I have been coming to manicured for a couple of months now. I get a dip manicure and a pedicure when needed. I have not always had the best of luck with manicures as they would chip shortly after I would get them done. Charmane is very professional, personable, and thorough. During my first appointment, she ensured me that she wants to keep the strength of my nails. And that she has done just that. My nails have never been as strong as they are now. And my manicures last for a month at a time. The shop is extremely clean, warm, and welcoming. I've never been to a shop where I was greeted by name every time I walk in. I have become a dedicated customer to manicured and won't ever go to any other salon. I have recommended the shop and Charmane to all my friends! read more

I've been twice and the service is inconsistent. They are always professional, friendly, and timely, which I appreciate. My first dip was phenomenal and lasted for about 2.5 weeks. My second one in the picture was taken the Sunday after getting my nails done on Wednesday. Once the cuticle oil was on, they looked okay. 4 days later, they aren't holding up. I'm not sure if it's a different top coat, since the first time was gel and the second time was just regular polish, but this time some of the nails already have cracks. They also look grown out already. My mom got a pedicure and said it was fantastic though. I'll give this place another try, but maybe I need to call and specify I need someone who's more experienced in dip manicures? read more

So impressed with ManiCured. I went in for a pedicure with a friend as soon as Covid restrictions allowed (go ahead, judge me). Aesthetically, this salon gets a 10. So cute and doesn't smell toxic or of chemicals. Upon entering I was greeted warmly, reminded of the mask policy, asked to wash my hands, and sat in a freshly disinfected, comfy chair. After I picked out my color, I was escorted to my pedi chair, which was also wiped down with disinfectant from top to bottom. My nail artíst, Po, was the coolest. I'm always very self conscious of my feet, especially after 3 months of neglect, but never felt judged or uncomfortable. My friend and I had great conversations with each other and were stoked to have Po and the other nail artíst (I didn't catch her name) join in with gusto!!
