The therapist was very sweet and had a great healing energy. The therapist was up front that she didn't understand English very well, which wasn't a problem for me because she understood the important things, like where my knots were. It was also a different style of massage than many Lancaster Countians may be used to. It was more of a Thai style which is more hands on. I'm not very modest or shy when it comes to massages, so again, not a problem for me. I would recommend others to be clear about which areas they do not want massaged- pecs, stomach, glutes, for example, if that's an issue. I loved the attention to my knots and free hot stones! It left me loose and pain free for a month. I'll be back.

On multiple occasions there were loud voices and disruptive conversations that detracted largely from the relaxation that business promoted. Mount Joy Massage and Wellness is close to my home so I figured I'd try them out. On first impression I was deeply concerned about the openness of the space and that, again, the noise would detract from the experience. Boy was I wrong!
