Terrible book-keeping here!!! If you plan to stay be sure to get a confirmation. After exchanging emails and providing payment information by phone, we arrived the day of our reservation only to be told that no reservation had ever been made for us. Cherise remembered the emails but could only say "I'm sorry we have a full house." No effort was made to remedy the situation, even after showing her the emails that specified the date of our reservation. Also, motorcyclists should know that the drive is loose gravel, rutted, steep and curvy - you will ride about 1 mile off of 21South. read more
