I waited for months and received no meaningful support or follow-up despite reaching out multiple times. More recently, I've been trying to contact them to cancel one of my policies, and once again, they will not respond at all. This is especially frustrating because texting is offered as a communication option, yet messages are ignored when it's inconvenient for them. This lack of responsiveness is unfair and unprofessional. I do not recommend Carmen or this office.

So I got a refund for the amount they charged thru my bank. Now I have to file on my own or pay someone else.
