I couldn't be happier with my puppy from Barking Blessings! She came to us already crate trained,…read moreon a schedule, and incredibly well-adjusted. She adapted to our home instantly and never once had an accident inside -- a true testament to the love and care she received early on. It's clear this puppy was raised with intention and affection. She's not only beautiful but also calm, confident, and full of personality. I get so many compliments and questions about where I got her! If you're looking for an Aussie Mountain Doodle from a breeder who genuinely raises puppies with love and structure, I highly recommend Barking Blessings.

Absolutely thrilled with our experience at Barking Blessings! From the first inquiry to bringing…read moreour sweet doodle home, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and so much love for the dogs. We had been researching doodle breeders for months and were immediately impressed by Barking Blessings' transparency, ethics, and how much they truly prioritize the health and temperament of their puppies. Their communication was top-notch--they answered all of our (many!) questions and provided regular updates, photos, and even little videos of our pup as she grew. When we picked her up, we were blown away. She came to us healthy, happy, and so well-socialized. You can tell she was raised in a loving environment with lots of positive interaction. They even sent us home with a puppy care kit, and her favorite toy (which she still carries around!). Now, a few months later, our doodle is thriving--smart, sweet, and great with kids and other dogs. We've already recommended Barking Blessings to several friends and wouldn't hesitate to go back if we ever decide to add another furry member to the family. If you're looking for a doodle breeder who genuinely loves their dogs and wants the best for both puppies and families--Barking Blessings is it.

Sadly, we lost our beloved dog earlier this year, and shortly thereafter, we lost her companion -…read moreour cat. We are a youthful couple in our 70's, my wife is a very slim person, and I have Parkinson's, so we realize this will be our last dog! We were seeking an exceptional Doberman Pincher, with excellent temperament around children, elderly, other canines, and cats. We clearly realize that the size and strength of a Doberman requires a lot of training, as we did with our previous Dobies. We found Sierra Dobie Farms (SierraDobieFarms.com} on the web and liked what we saw, so I called Steve Pereira. It was quickly evident that he was very knowledgeable with regard to all things Doberman. He explained their policies, provided numerous photos and videos, and he and his associates assisted us in our selection. They provided in-person training upon delivery, with regard to posting the ears so that they will stand, as well as a complete kit of everything we needed, including puppy food, a collar, and a leash! We had a few difficulties becoming adept with some of the necessary tasks, and they made themselves more available and helpful than we have ever experienced from any other breeder. If you contact Steven, and if we can be of any assistance, please feel free to provide him with your phone contact and we will be happy to give you a call. We highly recommend Steve Pereira, Sierra Dobie Farms, and his associates, without reservation. Peter & Sara Nashville, TN

DO NOT USE THIS LYING BREEDER. We gave a $1,000.00 deposit for 2 Westie puppies to Rose Carpenter…read moreof KenLakes Westies on April 15th, 2021. AKC Marketplace has her as an active member. We eventually decided against working with Rose and a refund request was sent and accepted by Rose (as it was her guarantee) upon deposit. She said the refund check would be in the mail Monday Oct 4th, 2021. I have yet to get it and now she isn't returning any of my communications. I have since learned of additional complaints made against her and there are many with the BBB and others online, related to refunds and health issues of puppies received. In some instances refunds have taken over a year. Google now says her business is closed permanently, but her website and AKC marketplace still have her as active. When discussing a refund she said she did close her business meaning she knowingly took my money while actively closing her company. She and I have talked 3 times in which she claimed she would send a refund, 4 months later from this has still not happened. BE AWARE.

Stay away from this breeder. I purchased a 16 week old Westie from Rose in 2006 and he was shipped…read moreto me. After a few days he did not see right to me, as I had a Westie previously and know what they are like. I called Rose who stated that he just needed time to adjust. I won't go through all of his health issues, but by the time he was 5 years old we had already spent $10,000 on him. I had continued to stay in contact with Rose to let her know all of his health issues and at the $10,000 point she stated that when my dog passed she would give me a new puppy. Well, his health issues continued and finally at the age of 12 he was diagnosed with Testicular cancer. What a shock it was to me when the Oncologist showed me the ultrasound of an undescended testicle. He was neutered when we got him and Rose told me it was done at the early age because he had an undescended testicle. She never mentioned that she only had the one that was descended removed and why would I have questioned it. I definitely would have had the undescended testicle removed if I had known it was there. I contacted Rose right away and she said she was sorry, but she didn't remember it. At this point we had spent roughly $25,000 over 12 years. My dear little boy passed away at home exactly 3 weeks from the day he was diagnosed. I contacted Rose again a few weeks later. I reminded her of her promise to give us a new puppy when our dog passed, but at this point all I wanted was the $1,800 that we had paid her for our dog. She responded that she would only have done it if he had passed at "half life" and that a new puppy now cost $2700. Once again I stated that I didn't want a new puppy, just what we had paid her. She didn't respond and when I reached out to her again she told me to stop contacting her and she was blocking me. So much for standing by her dog or her word!!! I also noticed she is no longer listed on the breeder list for the West Highland White Terrier Club of America...why? After my horrible experience, I would NOT recommend this breeder.
