All of the women working there are friendly and do their best to meet your expectations. It's probably the closest to "high-end" of all the hair salons in Morganton (and therefore probably the priciest, but that hasn't been enough to keep me from returning). It's great for getting groups ready for weddings, parties, etc. Appointments aren't completely necessary, but definitely recommended.
