I hired Shelly to do a design plan for my living room - she disappeared without completing the…read moreproject even though she collected her entire fee. I could tell Shelly had lost interest in the project - she wasn't coming by to check on the progress on the contractors (even though she lives across the street), she was handing out my keys to contractors without letting me know they were coming over and she failed to let an electrician know a change in the design plan. He kept working on the original plan and it cost me an unnecessary $500. When I tried to discuss this with Shelly, she disappeared. I live in a no dog building and Shelly caused alot of drama by bringing her dog into the building. I told her not to and she did it anyway & got caught. She lied to me and told me staff had seen the dog & were ok with it. They were not. I had hired Shelly for a previous project and she failed to let me know all costs for a project. Shelly was not on top of costs and billing. I got surprise bills totaling $6K, at the end of the project. She tried to blame it on the cabinet maker/installer. This living room project was her 2nd chance. I would not hire her again, I would not recommend her and I would not trust her.
