After the tech diagnosis, Marlon and his manager calmly explained the issues and the solution. Despite my dire state of anxiety, I was treated with patience and kindness. We appreciate you doing the recalls but why didn't you let us know that it wasn't gonna be ready for the time you gave us luckily we showed up at 12:30 and it was ready but the lack of communication could've caused us delays Wood really did because it should've been ready at 11:30 but we gave him time just to grab lunch since we haven't heard back from him. If you're gonna add services to the appointment, that's gonna delay the pick up of the vehicle you should let someone know that. The simple lack of communication and breakdown is a reason why you're getting such a low review. All I took was a quick phone call or text or even ask if you wanted to get the recall done. What if we had a plane to catch or what if we were on a tight schedule. It's New Year's Eve and it took three hours to get an oil change. Unbelievable. Also, the customer service it's hard to even get someone on the phone. North side Lexus and Westside Lexus have been my go to. My girlfriend tried them because they're close to her job, but this will probably be the last time we visited this location. Guys your job is a service advisor is to keep the client updated and let them know what's going on. Three hours for an oil change is ridiculous.

I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Just a great business.
