Very very upset with this company. At 2:00am i i call and recieved a text saying call there driver David. So i did around 2:30 the driver David says he is on his way. An hour goes by no David an hour and half no David after nineties calls he calls back. Being a jerk and smartass. Then perceeds to tell me now im done with what i had to do. Do you still need a tow. Of cource here i am waiting for you for two hours. When you said you were on your way. Then he decided not to come said he didnt want to chance coming out here and us being gone but yet we just waited for 2 hours for you and now the battery is dead from waiting so long. And guess what we are still out here stuck in a ditch with a dead battery. Pathedic that you call a tow coming cause you need help and you get an arrogant prick that doesnt want to do his job and yet we have to sit in the freezing cold vehicle cause of him. Called their number and was told my tow driver could be there within twenty minutes....and he was. He was very friendly and when he had an issue, he called his partner, who arrived within ten minutes, and was able to get my car towed away. My car had been stuck in my garage with no power and no way to get it into neutral. Both guys were super friendly and made quick business of getting my car to the dealership. They also kept me informed with the status of my car through texts throughout the whole process. I liked that. I would definitely call them again and refer them to friends or family. Called this morning around 9:30-10am looking for a tow bc I was stranded on my way to taking my car to the shop. I gave them the location of where I was, where I was trying to go and Thanh Le pulled up 20mins later to the rescue! He's super sweet and knowledgeable about vehicles. He gave us insight on what could possibly be wrong as he worked to hook it up. Very professional, timely, and honest! Great customer service, On Time doesn't make you wait too long, really takes care of you and your vehicle. Thanh gives a really good recommendation and suggestions about where to take your car to get it repaired. Overall very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
