Second, he allowed me to send him some pictures of the tree by text message to get an idea of the price if he had to climb the tree vice dropping it at the base. Third, when I texted him after a recent hurricane he kept his word that he would complete the work on the original scheduled date and then even offered to do the work on an earlier date due to an opening he had. Fourth, he willingly provided proof of insurance when asked. Fifth, he left my yard with almost no trace of the dropped tree minus some small divots I was expecting. People like him give local business owners a great reputation compared to the fly by night out of towners prowling your streets after a storm. Very glad I contacted him.
