Eddie's crew did an amazing job on our yard. We asked them to remove a dead cherry tree, lift/prune a live oak, prune a magnolia, and clean up the brush in our back fence line. Communication with Eddie and his coworkers was prompt, timely, and efficient. They did a fantastic job and you'd never have known they were here. They failed to remove one of the pine trees and they did a very poor job of removing dead limbs from an oak tree. More importantly they failed to follow up with me after several calls and a letter that I sent them. On the calls I was told that they would make things right and that they would get back to me. Great job and great customer service! Working with them was very easy and they did a great job ahead of schedule! Took down 3 massive pine trees and stump ground some other stumps for us. They had an opening and got us in a week ahead of time! Coincidentally we were out of town and they didn't make us pay until we had a chance to see for ourselves and were satisfied. These guys are amazing. I just bought my first house and needed some trees taken down - 4 pines and a cedar. They were incredibly easy to work with. They gave me a fair estimate ($2000 less than a previous estimate that I had). They did all the work in a timely manner and they were very pleasant the whole time. The only negative points: - they were a little late getting to my house to give me an estimate. I think that was on purpose because it was early and he said thta the didn't want to wake me up. - if you want the stumps ground down, that's and extra fee and they don't generally remove the leftovers from that. But it kind of seemed like he would have if I asked him to. I told him that was fine and I could use it for mulch and he offered to move it to where I needed it in the yard. I've already recommended them to a friend of mine. They're good people and do good work. read more

They did a good job cutting down the trees. But the cleanup was terrible. That crew threw limbs and trash from the pine trees in the bushes on my property. They also dug a hole and used the dirt to cover up some stumps that were left, now I can not use my chain saw to cut them down closer to the ground. Will not be recommending them to anyone unless they just want trees cut down! read more

Words cannot express how pleased I am with Eddie and his crew. We suffered significant damage during Hurricane Florence and needed multiple trees removed, cut back and trimmed before this next hurricane season. We had several consultations from various tree service companies in Wilmington saying they could do it but not until August or September, 4 to 5 months away, right in the middle of hurricane season. Eddie came by and in less than 10 minutes said he could do the job in 2 to 3 weeks, for a fraction of what these other guys estimated. Eddie and his crew were a godsend. In 2 weeks they came by one morning and removed multiple fallen trees, cut down several others, cut off leaders and limbs close to the house and removed/raked up all the debris, all within a few hours. Not one twig or leaf remained when they were done. They were fast, fearless, efficient and knowledgeable. They made our cemetery of a yard look like a home again. I highly recommend Eddie and his team for tree removal services! I hired him to cut down a few very large tree limbs that were hanging right above my house. His prices were extremely reasonable and they got the job done in half the time I thought it would take. They were also able to work around my busy work schedule. Not only did they get the tree limbs cut back to a safe length, they also blew the debris off my roof and cleaned up behind themselves very well. Unfortunately, a small glass patio table of mine that was on the porch was broken during the removal process but he addressed that immediately and even gave me cash to replace it.
