I met with the owner, Cory Armetta, on a Thursday morning and i had a few questions about how it would be done including depth of grind, chip removal and price. He gave me the price which was in the Chatgpt range and we shook hands on it. Cory and his crew came the next day. Very organized and hard working. They were done in about 2 1/2hrs. I was super impressed, they left the area ready for grass seed and even raked a bunch of leaves that were in some plants. When I reached out, the owner said that was his business partner and he didn't know anything about the quote. I asked him to reach out to his business partner and let me know when we could get on the schedule. He has since refused to take my calls and sends me right to voicemail. This is not how you run an honest business. If you can't find the time to make a phone call back to a customer to make things right I wouldn't trust you to provide any services. If we had received a call back and an explanation we would've been reasonable, but as a owner, this is not how you respond to a situation . After reading all the previous reviews prior to scheduling service we are quite disappointed. 100% would not recommend.

We received a confirmation text regarding time on the scheduled day and they met that time, actually arriving a few minutes early. We appreciate the respect shown and the extreme care shown so as not to scratch walls or damage doorways. For the recliner it was narrow doorway and hall getting it out of a back room. It took less than 15 minutes. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future need, either in haul away service, as well as any tree service needed.
