This store is great if you're looking for unique Portugal souvenirs. It goes beyond your typical magnets and keychains. They have blankets, clothing, books, and specialty food items. Some things are a bit overpriced but a lot of the specialty food items are pretty reasonable. Some were even cheaper than other stores, like the tinned sardines/cod. I ended up getting a few of those, as well as some Portuguese sea salt to give as gifts. Store locations are lovely but their customer service and order fulfillment are absolutely HORRENDOUS. When I visited a store location I was told they had a poster online but not stocked in the store. So when I got home I ordered it online. The order unexpectedly took MONTHS, their customer service was very unresponsive to emails, and after I received the order it was an entirely DIFFERENT poster that I did NOT order and even the size was wrong. The order was a single product and it was fulfilled completely wrong. Customer service was very slow and unresponsive to assist, and only after almost going to my credit card company for a resolution did they refund my card but only PARTIALLY. To this day they have not clarified if the poster can still be ordered or when it would be available. It shows 'in stock' on the website, but the reason for the wrong shipment was supposedly because they don't actually have it in stock. All very confusing, all very disappointing and frustrating. I will not shop here ever again despite many of their products being quite compelling. read more

I found this shop and it's employees to be lovely. I've been coming to Portugal for over 40 years and as much as Lisbon has changed, this shop manages to sell products that reflect its true humble, tactile and agricultural (pre-gentrified) past. The prices are reasonable, the employees friendly and helpful and the items interesting and Portuguese. I bought a set is swallow decorations, postcards, sardines galore as well as local soaps, a rug and a hand-knit baby blanket. I love this place. A beautiful store with lots of Portuguese made items. I went for some soaps, which were infused with honey and milk (less than 3€ each). They make great gifts. There are 2 floors, the second floor has blankets, throws and t-shirts. The staff leaves you alone while you shop. My friend bought some of their ceramic items. read more
