Spent two hours calling the office line which nobody answered and nobody replied to my emails, and my booking was for 10am so it's not as if there would be nobody in the office. Stay well clear! Drivers all pleasant and friendly. We took more than a dozen rides during a recent stay in Burgess Hill, and every time the cab was bang on time. Finally - every cab was perfectly clean, with no smell of a sneaky smoker. Our final trip was to Heathrow. Their normal fare is £120 - but they do charge a stiff premium on a bank holiday. Still, just being able to get a cab to Heathrow from way down in Burgess Hill is awesome!
