Our plane was late in arriving and somehow signals got crossed and the driver was not there. After a few phone calls, we found each other. It was a quiet and uneventful ride. We have come to rely on the efficient and prompt service we have received from Twelve Transfers. We highly recommend this company. It is nice having a picture of the car and driver who would be taking us from London to Southampton. Karim was waiting for us when we left our hotel. The car was a Jaguar and was most comfortable. Karim was a very skillful driver getting us out of London in no time and on the motorway to Southampton. It was an uneventful trip. We through enjoyed our conversations with Karim on various topics. He was a very nice young man.

Booked an arrival and return pick-up, for a total of 98 British Pounds. Not bad at all for a two way ride! ( A Black Cab will cost over 100 Pounds one-way from the airport) My driver called my cell phone at pre-arranged time, upon landing at Heathrow. He greeted us at the arrival exit, with a placard with my full name on it. The driver was very courteous and helpful with our luggage to the car. Bottles of waters are available in the car. On our return trip to the airport, the assigned driver arrived at the hotel early for pick-up and gave me a call. No stress and no-frills impeccable service! Highly recommended for travelers arriving in London with spouse/family and a lot of luggage! I cant imagine people travelling any other way!

He told jokes most of the way to our Heathrow connection, and kept us very amused. He also had the car stocked with waters & CANDY! Kids thought he was the best driver ever. The company was professional. I arranged everything over the internet, pre-paid the fare and it all went as planned. No complaints. Awful service. Basically tell you when they will take you and if its inconvenient, it doesn't…read morematter. If you company has pre-booked, then they will cancel and pocket half of the fee. The dispatcher was completely unsympathetic - it was clear they were booking according to how their drivers could get more runs in rather than the actual convenience of the customer. Driver was over an hour late picking us up, (not what you need after a night flight) He then proceeded to spill his coffee while banging our bags on the trolley into the walls. He was on the phone most of the journey back (when I emailed afterwards the office staff told me he probably wasn't on his phone and was on his PDA, we were in the car with him and could clearly see what he was doing!!) he was driving so erratic that I had to hold my daughters head back as he was breaking so hard and switching lanes dangerously, seemed he was in a rush to get us back. Once home I emailed the staff of all my grievances and they didn't care one bit. No money was refunded for our traumatic journey, not even a Sorry! They don't care as they have over £400 of our money though! Disgusting awful people to deal with. Highly recommend using someone else for your travels! Wouldn't have even given one star but unfortunately had to.
