We were after a replacement plumbing part, which the assistant couldn't find so he enlisted the help of his superior. They gave us one on one help, looking through their range trying to find the right part. In the end we couldn't find the part we needed but he did give us an estimate of how much we would expect to paid and gave us a more cost effective alternative. I got everything I needed in one place, they got all my business. He was also able to work with my contractors to have what they needed on-site, when they needed it.
