I had him replace a purse strap for my wife that was getting frayed. It looked like my 6 year old had tried to fix it. Upon seeing what it looked like I asked for the old strap back and was told it was thrown away. I asked which bin it was in so I could retrieve it and he said the garbage man had already picked it up. This was on a Monday and there's no trash pickup in elkhorn on Mondays.
