In fact, the windows look better than new. I am 75 years old and should not be on a ladder. Not only did Chris not try to up-sell me, he actually "down-sold" me: A friend had told me I should install an ice shield all the way from the gutter to the peak, but Chris said that was almost always an unnecessary add-on promoted by unscrupulous roofers to pad their profit margins. Chris was involved in the project from start to finish and kept me apprised the entire time. His squad of eight was amazingly efficient, completing the entire project - removing old shingles, replacing rotted rake boards, ice shielding, flashing, edging, and shingling -- in an incredible 4.5 hours, while leaving my yard pristine and my new roof looking great.
