My daughter had a fever and felt like she had the flu and Dr Jones was so annoyed and treated my daughter terribly and wouldn't return her call or come to see her. She acted as if my daughter was making it up. I was with my daughter and knew she wasn't feeling well and she actually had a fever! The nurses in the hospital knew exactly who my daughter was talking about when she told them how she was treated. The nurses told my daughter that she treats a lot of patients like that and none of them like working with her. Doctor Blackburn who delivered my granddaughter was excellent during the delivery and was wonderful to my daughter. I wasn't going to give any stars except it's only Dr Jones who is terrible. I would give her ZERO stars .

She was rude, condescending and unprofessional. When I wasn't understanding something she was explaining to me she became rude and annoyed and said "what are you not understanding." I requested a letter of medical necessary, and was told they don't do that. I called a second time a month later and finally got someone who knew what to do. But because of the delay, I now have to fight with the ins. and you know how that goes. Plus when you go for your appt., you have to set-up your online account (and a long wait cause they overbook). I mean you do it yourself on a terminal in the waiting room! So you are doing their work!!! There is a bunch of girls behind the desk so why do I have to do it? Not happy with this office anymore and will not go back. Time for a new OBYGN!

He took his time to answer my questions and to explain to me what my new situation would present, and what to expect. I was a patient of Doctor Conley and writing this review to share my experience, it could be useful…read morefor someone. Doctor Conley has a nice bedside manner but not knowledgeable. For years he couldn't diagnose my endometriosis while I shared many complaints. He didn't even send me for advanced testing. While this lasted for many years I developed an advanced stage of endo that requires extensive surgery. The other doctors are shocked how advanced my stage is and keep asking what I was doing all these years.
