Many of them cited our blown-in attic insulation as a reason, and it honestly felt like they either weren't comfortable with the job or didn't have the experience or manpower to tackle it. They called us that afternoon for an appointment the next morning between 8&9am. They arrived at the appointed time and performed the fix of the gas line. The line now has a rubber sheath around the silver gas line with a copper wire which makes it capable of resisting a lightning strike, we were informed. I am updating my review as they did the right thing by us and even though they were not "experts" at pool heaters they corrected the work promptly. It seems as if there may have been a misunderstanding between our pool guy and the plumber. Also, and more importantly, he's honest. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it. That never happens. Anyone else would have charged extra when they discovered the subfloor was rotted, or when they saw a 10 degree slope in the corner. Mike didn't. He stuck to what he said and even fixed a few wall tiles in the kitchen - no charge. Not to mention, his prices are a bargain. People with half his skill, wanted a whole lot more.
