Do not hire unless you want a contractor who will threaten your safety, harass your family, and launch a profanity-laced tirade over an honest mistake. I hired Plumbing Drain & Tile Master for a $350 job. The initial check bounced due to a banking error. I completely understand the frustration of a failed payment, but the owner's response was flat-out dangerous. Within hours of the check failing, he flooded my phone with hostile, aggressive, and abusive texts. He explicitly threatened to come to my house, stand on my porch, call the police, and baselessly accuse me of intentional fraud. He even went so far as to contact my family members to intimidate me. I immediately responded to fix the issue, agreed to mail a replacement check, and voluntarily added an extra $50 to completely cover his bank's returned check fee. Even after I sent proof that the $400 check was picked up by the mail carrier, the unhinged insults and swearing continued because he couldn't grasp his own bank's deposit verification. Once the $400 officially cleared his account, he suddenly flipped a switch and texted an apology for "giving me a hard time." An apology doesn't erase erratic, threatening behavior. It is terrifying that someone who knows where I live thinks it is acceptable to intimidate and threaten clients. The work might be done, but this business is a massive satety liability. Stay far away. I also have our entire conversation in writing and anyone is welcome to see it in full.

Here's the story: At around 10pm at night, we discovered a complete house drain clog. We looked around for someone local and Shane seemed to fit the bill. So I called him up expecting to get his voicemail and get into the queue for the next morning. Well, what do you know...a few minutes later, I get a text from Shane. I think he was in bed! He asked me a few questions right off the bat to assess the situation. He seemed like a genuine nice guy, and it was so helpful and reassuring to text with him in what was a bit of a panic for us (we have children in the house...). Only problem was he already had an urgent situation to deal with the next day, so he penciled me in for the day after and recommended I call his relative to see if I could get help faster. I did end up working with his relative, who did an excellent job. But I wouldn't hesitate to call Shane in the future. He clearly cares about people.

I had attempted to replace a garbage disposal, but had an issue with a pipe falling apart. I emailed Rick after 9pm that night, and he responded to my email by calling before 8am the next morning. On the phone call, Rick clearly explained the work to be completed. Rick made the service call himself early in the afternoon, and resolved my issues quickly. He was able to access our crawl space, and navigate his way down there to running a new pipe for my kitchen sink. He installed the Garbage disposal, and cleared the clogged sink drain. The work was performed professionally, quickly.. and priced reasonably. The bill clearly listed all work performed, and detailed pricing. He called back within a few minutes and provided an estimate over the phone which the other companies I spoke to had to be beaten up for even a remote estimate. He was at my house by 4pm replacing the seal, also swapped out the innards to the toilet because we were looking to do it anyways. I watched the entire time as I'd never seen it done before and he took a lot of care to make sure everything was done right and cleaned properly before putting it back together. He was finished in about an hour and a half at a very reasonable price!

Ended up Taking 7 days. they came out on July 2. Never replaced the Expansion valve bc this guy said it's not the Expansion valve, you have a leak. Took 2 1/2 hours to find the leak. Said the inside coil was bad, leaking Freon. He sent order to shop to get coil, should be a stock item. They will call you. I called them they said we don't have the coil in stock it will be 7-10 days to get it. I said are you kidding me. The guy was an absolute jerk to me, never even apologized for the first techs misdiagnosis, wasting a week on a part we do-not even need! It's 101 today was 102 yesterday. I said to them this is ridiculous I am supposed to wait 7-10 days after I have already waited 7 days. You haven't even apologized. He said there's nothing I can say or do to make you happy. They just don't care Don't even act like they care! I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life! Today is July 11. no air since June 25. They were supposed to have the part July 9. Still no part, my husband asked to speak to a manage, we have still not received a call from a manager as promised.
