He helped me understand why more regular deep cleaning is useful not only for businesses, but for at-home as well. After working with him and having my cleaning done, I noticed an immediate difference for both my 12 year old pup and I - so much so that I've now signed up for the "Gold Membership", where I will be able to schedule quarterly cleanings.
