You might think that seems like a fishy tactic to lure in customers for shoddy work. Definitely not the case here! Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and the technician let me know when he was on the way. My issue was a dead circuit board in my 20 year old garage door opener. The tech went over the replacement options along with clear and upfront pricing. Once I decided, he was able to do the install right away! While he was there he went ahead and gave my other garage a tune-up as well. Both doors are quieter and smoother than they have ever been. It's actually kind of amazing how much better they are now. I highly recommend them for anything to do with your garage doors. Thanks!

Lonnie took my call, answered all my questions, and quoted me a fair price based on what other such installations have cost. A month later I called them and scheduled the installation. (Needed to get some electrical work done first.) When Adam arrived he did some quick measurements based on how the garage doors opened and informed me that the track for the belt drive openers wouldn't fit since I had such a low ceiling. He took photos and discussed it with Nick, the Service Manager. After some serious discussions a solution was found and thanks to the exceptional team of Adam, Nick, and Lonnie I now have excellent garage door openers and an answer why previous owners never installed them. Great problem solvers!

They had to come back…read moremultiple times to correct the positioning of our storm door which still does not shut properly. Our kitchen door feels like it is locked often, but it's not, it also was poorly installed so you have to turn the knob and feel the grinding and crunching of metal as you open the door. However, the real issue is with the storm door with retractable screens on top and bottom Window pane. We have dogs and do not use the bottom screen in an effort to prevent damage from dog scratching. However, our HVAC stopped working over the weekend therefore I was excited to use the bottom screen feature so I could place a box fan in front of it as soon as I lift it up the bottom of glass, a black device with a metal tracking guide popped out. I have no idea what it is, but it is certainly strong because when I touched it it coiled and almost ripped my finger off. Matty told me over and over again how proud he was of this Door in the quality and my dogs will never be able to scratch the glass but if they ever do, they will replace it because it's a lifetime warranty on their products. Today Matty said oh well that was everything except for storm doors. With the amount of problems we've had with not only damage to our walls which they did not offer to repair, these have never worked to their full potential. I also forgot they didn't put a storm door chain on our door and had to come back like a third or fourth time to do that. This company is incompetent. Their communication sucks and the quality of their products. I'm just not seeing the hype. We've regretted using this company since the day they came to install Which leads me to our tiny bathroom window they smartly add a sticker that says do not press against the screen. It's probably because it's set with a cheap glue. Our screen has never been attached to the windows since the day they installed it we corrected this on our own because we were sick and tired of dealing with this company and their crap. The storm door was not capped off, nor were we given a bag of inserts to cap off our door and outside bugs crawled up in there and could come in my house through the strike plate on the door frame. I could not believe this. ???? The varnish is also coming off....What is happening?? This is not normal and I refuse to believe otherwise. These doors were EXPENSIVE, honey. I am also married to a man who Preaches quality over quantity. He was happy to spend lots of money on these doors to have good ones. These aren't it. There are too many other options out there to be spending this kind of money and be dealing with this many issues. We are now doing a whole home remodel and we are going to be spending some serious money but the best part is it will not be with Meyer windows and doors . I've taken a long time to write this review as I didn't want to make it out of anger. I've had multiple chances but held back. The fact I was verbally told several times about the lifetime warranty, regardless what is on a contract agreement has put me in a way.... The End.

If all events and interactions that occurred today had occurred in the first 6 months of agreeing to purchase and install windows, then I would easily give a 5 star review with full confidence. However, that is not what happened. Long story short as you can see with my prior review, things did not go as planned and the installation took much longer than I expected. It is 6/5/2026 and my windows are finally installed and overall I am very impressed with the general craftsmanship of Everytime Windows. The problem was that there were countless installation dates, cancellations, and a great deal of frustration regarding all parties involved. The Dilemma: Regarding tradesman and construction you can get affordable service, you can get high-quality craftsmanship, and you can get things done quickly. You just have to pick two. I chose affordable and high-quality craftsmanship with Everytime windows. I severely underestimated how long it would take to get the installation done (almost 2 years). That being said, in regards to value, my total cost for the purchase and installation of 13 windows through this company was equivalent to the cost of merely 5 windows at a competitor. So if you are a very patient home-owner and are looking for affordable service, everytime windows may be the company for you. I do hope that in the future, Everytime Windows will provide faster service to it's clients. What is the company? This is an independent owner-operator company with a very small and highly-skilled labor force. The owner, Zachary Lynch, a veteran window installation specialist who has branched out into independent operations and direct-to-consumer services. The verdict: If you want the same guy that sells you the windows to install the windows and you want an installation team that speaks English and can communicate effectively, then you have come to the right place. As mentioned before, there are still significant timeliness concerns going forward that I hope will be improved upon in the future.

Is it unreasonable to expect new windows to be cleaned and fingerprint free?…read more After a couple of other quotes we selected Windows Plus. The windows from Windows Plus gave us more window than the competitors. We did not have to order all new blinds where we would have needed to with the other local options. Unfortunately my husband and I had to leave out of the state for a family emergency. We were available for the first day installation but could not be here for the entire installation. No, my husband nor I could not have waited to leave. My brother in-law was available for the rest of the installation. Personally I prefer to have all work inspected prior to final Payout but could not leave that responsibility to another person. We arrived back home a week after the windows were installed. Once I started inspecting the windows I immediately messaged the company. After several emails and pictures sent showing some of the problems an appointment was made for two representatives to come out and inspect. Let's just say every window had some problem (gaps in the frames, a spot visible to the eye in between the glass panel, missing screen, poor screening, missing screen nut, frames cut too short, damaged decorative wood window trim ....) in addition to each window would need to be cleaned. The window installers were very nice and courteous when we were here the first day. They were very mindful of our cat who often likes to "escape" to be chased around the yard. One of our half moon shaped windows were being changed into a rectangle casing window. It turned out beautiful with the exception of the vinyl framing on the outside where there was a gap. Extremely long strand shortened - most issues primarily the blatant ones have been resolved. We still need to clean all our new windows.

I suspect that he didn't like the fact that we weren't thrilled with their choice of installers. I would not recommend this company. If Windows Plus decided they didn't want our business, they should have let us know.

The frame had been strengthened and RWT specifically upgraded the spacer in between panes for better insulation as well as added foam insulation in two sections inside the frames. The windows we chose were what RWT called Proline 2200. In any case, RWT does not use subcontractors (very important) who get paid by the job. What this means is that RWT would not rush a job just so they can fit more jobs in a day to get paid more. The technicians who came to install our windows were meticulous and very respectful of our home. The install went smoothly and they left no debris. They do not consider a job finished until all flawless windows are installed and would not request payment until then. In our case, one of our windows had a crack during the shipping process and RWT asked the manufacturer to send a replacement. They did not ask for us to pay until everything was amended. We'd definitely come back to RWT for our other window replacements over the next few years.
