Although least expensive and on time service. I do not feel as though my couch was "cleaned". There was no wet vacuum like you would expect. And at one point almost a sander tool was used which really deteriorated the fabric. read more

I don't recommend if your carpet is real dirty. I had my carpet cleaned lots of times and this was the worst job ever. I recommend you vacuum before he comes. I will attach pics of how it looked after he was done. Also I have to repaint the side boards since they got dirty from how he cleaned. After he was done the smell of the chemicals gave us a headache it was so strong. All the chemicals sprayed stays on the carpet. He used, basically a big mop to move the dirt around. I had to rent a carpet cleaner to remove the chemicals and the dirt he left behind. I went and got it as soon as he was out the door. I do not recommend. read more

I've used "Spot Shot" in the past on these tough to keep clean white chairs. And it always gets them perfectly clean. But felt it was time for a good thorough cleaning. Called A1, and here are the before/after pics. While the prior spots are gone, there are now horrible orange/rust color stains all along the edges of the cushion and upper part of chair. Piping is stained orange/rust. Spoke to Frank about it, he said it would all be gone the next morning once they dry. They weren't. I sent him these pics and never heard back from him. read more

Setting this up took a while (due to my AC breaking and then Hurricane Irma power loss) but Frank was flexible and did not mind rescheduling more than once, which was very gracious of him.
