I had a dinner party at my house last Monday and had to make the house look nice because my parents were going to visit on Wednesday morning and I was having some trouble looking for a cleaning company that can go on the same day to clean my house on Tuesday and I decided to call this cleaning company and honestly talking I was a little bit skeptical at 1st because the 1st thing I do personally is to check the reviews and comments before hiring or using any type of service but it came to a point that I didn't have any other available option and decided to try them out. When I called, they informed me that they usually have a 24h time window to book any cleanings but, they will do anything within their power to set the cleaning. I was so worried, but half an hour later, a customer service agent called me and told me they could set it up. I was so relieved at that point. After the appointment was set I was just worried about the cleaning, but guys, it was worth it. The cleaners arrived on time. The customer service person informed me of the estimated arrival time. I received notifications through the email of my appointment and the number of people that I was supposed to spect coming. Honestly, it was shocking for me when I meet Yovanna, Grismary, and Blanca, because they were so polite and professional, came with all the equipment, and cleaning supplies. They did a spectacular job on the house, so detailed that when I return to the house I was again shocked. I didn't even recognize my own house. They even organized my shoes. I scheduled 3 homes for a deep clean on behalf of my family members, and I was able to schedule within the next week. I was really glad they were able to work with my situation and accommodated the extent of the clean. Dora was present for all three cleans and she did a wonderful job not only for a deep clean, but a deep clean for lived in homes. I really appreciate how thoughtful and detailed she was. Nothing was rushed and they also respected cleaning within their scheduled hour. Dora arrived on time and the booking was easy and reliable. Would use this service again. Fantastic service from your local gals! These maids are absolutely amazing! They take the best care of everything placing everything neatly and organized. Tiled floors come out sparkling clean looking brand new. Leather sofas sparkles like new and cloth furniture vacuumed to keep things fresh and clean. These gals work together as a team and your place will be cleaned in no time. The cost is reasonable the care they take is enormous and nothing's worth more than to come back from work to a clean new home. I've used their services twice and the Cleany team is truly the best. First, they did my deep clean for me before I moved my things into my new home and then came back once I was in to do another cleaning with furniture. With the deep clean, my apartment literally felt brand new - everything was scrubbed inside and out.
