For my recent home, I discovered an AC vent completely blocked by a sheet/cover, resulting in no airflow to the guest closet. For another home inspected in 2020, I later discovered that the dryer vent pipe wasn't even connected to the dryer. These are basic issues that I believe should have been caught during a professional inspection. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this inspector and would not use their services again.

Jim failed to identify four sagging floor joists in my crawlspace. How, I don't know, because the first time I went under my house with a flashlight they were visibly sagging. Yet there's literally not a single word about sagging floor joists on my home inspection... still, its the first (sometimes second) thing every working professional who has gone into my crawlspace has mentioned.
