I thank A1 Middletown Tents and Events for their continued support the past weekend at the DSC Legends tailgate party at Delaware State University homecoming. Our organization has been using them for over ten years now. Excellent customer service with the office manager. They always arrive within the time window they give us. The crew knows what they are doing and set up the tent in no time. There prices continue to be very reasonable and would recommend them to anyone having an event. Jun 2013. Rental: 20x30 tent, 8 tables, 64 chairs. Bad experience! Definitely find another vendor. Tent was musty. Of the 8 tables that were delivered, only 5 could be used. One would not even stand up so there was no way I was putting my food on it. Chairs were dirty and rusty. All appeared to come out of a dark, dirty warehouse. Chairs were replaced 1 hour before my party after many phone calls. We had to borrow tables from family and friends. No answer when I requested a refund on just the 3 tables not used. I cannot believe that they actually had the nerve to send this junk to someone's house for a party. read more

This company has no organization and does not maintain documentation. We booked them 3 months before our wedding for tables and chair rentals. We spoke with the same person multiple times asking for exact sizes (for linen rentals) and requesting an email confirmation. Though we were told week after week we were fine; we received a call 3 weeks before our wedding (from the same guy) saying "sorry we don't have you reserved, the chairs are booked for that date". When we told him we had reserved them months ago he said he didn't have record of it. Don't use these guys. read more

Don't ever rent from this company. The worst experience I've ever had. You get what you pay for. The tent was dirty with wholes. The dance floor was warped and unleveled. One of the tables were broken and they didn't even deliver my entire order. The worst part of all...is they acted like it was nothing!!! Customer service sucks ...so if you want a memorable event I beg you please do not use them company services!!!!! read more
