When I called back, another agent told me that she put me on hold to take information from another customer. They said they would call me back and they never did. I called again. I needed birthday flowers sent to a friend somewhat last minute and since this place had one 5-star Yelp review, I went for it. Make that at least two 5-star Yelp reviews. Petal Pushers isn't really a florist but floral designers. No walk-in brick-and-mortar storefront, all designs and orders are fulfilled through their design studio (I asked). The designs on their site are beautiful as was the floral arrangement sent to my friend. I left the final look up to them and the results were above and beyond what I could have asked for and articulated to a florist. Prices aren't anything beyond what you'd pay at your average florist and what you get isn't just flowers but art someone has taken time in giving personal attention to. Called PetalPushers to arrange for flowers to be delivered to my sister in laws for her 50th birthday. I live in Boston and was depending on Yelp for one guidance. We were very pleased as her birthday is February 12 and they were busy with their Valentines orders . They were patient and we ended up having to change the delivery date. I'm still amazed at how beautiful everything was. I was indecisive on a lot of things and just left them in her hands and she certainly did not disappoint. They have an inexpensive cooler of flowers on special, but most everything in the store is still fairly priced. This is a new business doing good work and just getting off the ground. If you're recommended to this establishment for your wedding and you don't know anyone working there...DO NOT USE!!!! After going back and forth with them with what we were looking for in bouquets, they wouldn't even recommend anything, just kept telling me that the pictures I was sending were flake flowers, instead of suggesting something similar in real flowers. Also, even though I explained I lived 2 hours away and their hours post availability for Saturday's, they would not accommodate me. They even went as far as sending me an ignorant email for a missed appointment that they had wrong by a month and didn't even send an apology when I forwarded the email with the date they agreed upon. Horrible customer service and they apparently forget that we are the customers and not them!! Maybe a good place for flower arrangements but I'll never know!! read more

I used Petal Pushers for my wedding flowers. Alexis is fantastic! Her prices were reasonable, her service first class and her product unmatched. She was responsive to emails and met with me several times (including right before my wedding) to pick out and finalize my flower selections. She was extremely accommodating to my last minute changes and early set up request (so my photographer could take pictures of the tables before the ceremony). She was an absolute delight to work with! My biggest fear was that the centerpieces would be underwhelming in our large venue. That was certainly not the case -- the centerpieces were large, full and perfectly round. And the bouquets were equally impressive. I received so many compliments on my flowers. read more
