Quality of work was excellent. They managed a big job. Gary was knowledgeable with a variety of painting.

Quentin of Mobile Pro painters just completed a bathroom painting job for me, where I had removed…read morewallpaper. Very satisfied. At the same time, owner Tim of West Mobile Handyman, installed a new door bell and new smoke alarms. Very happy to have them do everything in just part of one morning. Great team!

Tim assured me a professional seamless job. I was quoted my multiple painters but went with mobile…read morepro painters because he was the most reasonable but I guess you get what you pay for. He told me he would repair any rotten wood and make sure all the gaps were filled and chalked. That never happened... they basically tried chalking everything and it looks very sloppy. I should've just done it myself.... They painted over staples that should've been removed.... They left cigarette butts throughout my mom's yard.... They cleaned their paint brushes in my mom's bushes and left residue everywhere... Paint on the bricks... painted over flaking paint... when I asked was he going to sand the shutters he had more excuses.... The first red flag was his guys painted on a day with 81% humidity in the air with 70% rain. He's excuse was they would only paint under the fascia where it wouldn't get wet and also the carport... I came out of the house and expressed my concerns about the humidity and weather and texted him that we were in no rush and to please come back on a sunny day. They continued to paint and completely disregarded my concerns... I was polite and respectful to Tim this entire time until I texted him again with concerns of chipped paint, bubbles, peeling, and just overall a unprofessional job! He said he would correct anything we weren't happy about but that was not true. Every time I mentioned a critique, he had an excuse. $2400 to paint the fascia around a brick house for the worst paint job. He accused me of harassment and abusive because I asked him "why is the paint peeling? Is it because y'all painted in the rain?" When I never slander him or his team and was completely professional. Now I feel the need to leave a review and warn every one of how you run a business. I offered cold water to his employees when I was home during the job and was nothing but nice to him and his team. This is business and we are paying for a service so of course we have expectations. I told him from the beginning we were already scammed by a subcontractor so I'm entrusting you to take care of this job well... of course they will say anything to make you feel comfortable. I do not recommend using this business or his handy man business. Pay a little more and get a real professional to take the job. There's too many bad contractors out here and this is one of them. Beware Edit* Since the owners want to respond to my review on here but don't want to talk to me directly... I never interrupted your painters and scrutinized them... I was kind the entire time they were here working so do not lie! The integrity of your company obviously doesn't matter to you to accuse me of such. You don't back your warranty. Every time Tim attempted to "correct" he just painted over it again? No sanding no prep. You can see the paint difference on the surface. There's lack of communication because you're so worried about other jobs. Please go look at the photos. You do not want this company painting your house!
