We did look at the return policy before we purchased the pool cover to make sure we could return it and there was nothing stating we could not return opened items. We didn't take the pool cover out of the box, we only opened one side to see if we liked the material and we didn't. Today on 9/10/24 my fiancé went to take it back & the employee would not allow the return because he said it was opened and didn't know if we tampered with the pool cover. I tried to call today 9/10/24 and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes so I did decide to hang up. Also while in the store on 9/09/24 we had to wait over 20 mins for an employee to come out of the back room to assist us. There were other customers that were waiting as well but they decided to leave because of how long it took. We will NEVER shop there again & if you do good luck.

They do book up ahead on appointments, but you go into this knowing it. So I have an appt on my work calendar to call them in April to schedule the opening and in September to schedule the closing. I know they didn't vacuum to waste because the water was hirer then it was when he first got there bc I had the hose in know it would lose water if he vacuumed to waste. You need to send someone who knows what they are doing not someone who thinks they know what they are doing because I know the person who came to clean my pool was new last year so he still needs more training to be cleaning pools on his own. This is ridiculous. I'm spending all this money for what to have my pool green coming up to a month bc it's gonna at least take another week to clear this up. Working with John during the initial design process was much easier than with other companies. He respected our budget, while simultaneously helping us envision an amazing outdoor experience for our family. Throughout the project, Scott was redibly helpful in keeping us on track, as well as making recommendations to improve the process, pool, patio, and landscape. All of the workers were professional and highly skilled. Ultimately, we ended up with a gorgeous outdoor space that we use every day. We will continue to use Woodfield for projects and highly recommend them for others in the area looking for high-end pools, and patios.
