They have the largest variety of motors, blades, and filters that I've ever seen. There's a separate counter for motors/pumps that also does repairs. Christian (the manager) is very friendly and professional. The counter staff have a combined 120 years of HVAC experience. Doug was a service tech for 15 years, no one knows Goodman/Amana like John, and Bob has forgotten more about motors than I'll ever know. It's nice to deal with staff that know and understand what you're asking for. I can't recommend them enough.

First, I was visiting with a friend in the greater Cleveland area and we needed to get some shredding done. It would never occur to me that a place exists just for that. Well, I am so glad i was wrong. It was much more than that. Let's begin with the entrance. It was snowing and very unpleasant outside. The customer service person CAME OUTSIDE to greet us with the such a fun, happy tone. How could ANYONE do that in this weather?! The representative demonstrated such knowledge of the process and what to expect. She provided us with a tour! How could anyone be that excited about shredding?! The experience was FAST! You can actually watch it take place. There is also something of a speakeasy without the liquor (it was too early for us to get such a drink) at this place. The room is completely zen, with beautifully kept interior. We could not have been there more than 7 minutes and it was done. Then, we had to go out and face the snow and we only wish we had more items to shred! Thank you for such a great experience and we definitely recommend this place for shredding.

I was having guests over the next day and needed my house cleaned. Still never responded that whole day. The last and final time I tried to have her come out I requested that she would help with a couple kids of laundry and decided to say she doesn't offer laundry assistance and was going to send out someone else after she explicitly said she was going to clean my home. Truly and utterly disappointed.
