Terrible and shady…read more This business has only been open for a few short months and I have nothing but bad things to say about them. Here is my story: I was so excited to see their work at our local county fair - what they had displayed looked good. I ordered something... the employee said I'd have it within two days... I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it wasn't going to get to us right away. About a week and a half went by... I called them for a friendly follow-up to see if they knew the status of my order... no answer... left a voicemail... no call back... I wait a few days - thinking they may be out of town or have hectic schedules... and then call again... no answer... left a voicemail... no call back... So, I decide to try another method of communication... email. I email them with just a friendly follow-up. No reply... I send them a private Facebook message... no reply... The next morning I see at the bottom of my message that the message was viewed at 9:09 p.m. But... no reply. So, I message them again on Facebook... stating that I saw that the message was viewed. Finally! They reply to my message stating that my ordered was missed. So, I then reply with "send me a refund." I provide my address and they state they will get it to me. It has been over two months since I first placed the order. Not only did I not receive my initial order but I have yet to receive my refund for the order that was not completed. I have reached out to them via phone messages, Facebook messages, Facebook comments (they've since blocked me from messaging and commenting), Twitter, email, and their Craigslist account. Needless to say, they are unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend using their services.

However, as the process moved forward, deadlines were not met, communication became less and less, and promises and 'guarantees' were not followed through. Since the event took place in March 2022 (approximately 6 months ago), the school's program has been consistently begging for their share of profit from the event, and for a sales report. Both have not been received one and the owner has not responded after numerous attempts. It definitely has been one of the worst customer experiences and the sad part is the students and their program have to pay the price. I'm sure they are great to work with individually, but I do not recommend them for any sort of fundraising opportunity or larger event, it leaves you feeling like it was a scam.

Our event was March 2022 and as of August 2022 we still have not received our monetary portion from the sales and have not received a sales report from the event after numerous phone calls and emails. There is now consideration of moving forward in a legal manner in order to get this resolved. The choir program is now having to deal with financial hardships as we had to pay for the merchandise in advance. This has been a stressful situation and we do not recommend using this company.
