When I went the next day to talk to the manager, he ensured me that my lock was on the unit on Sat April 16,2021. I found my unit broken into on Sunday April 17th, 2021. When I requested footage to see who broke into my storage unit, the manager told me that there is not footage of anybody messing with my Stuff, yet, my stuff is missing. The place has at least 4 cameras that I can see. On the day off of this manager (Paul Young), another young man working at the front desk offered to show me the video. While watching these videos, I learned that one of the cameras (at the gate) was turned off for a little while. How convenient for the thief. Needless to say, probably when my stuff got robbed. This information from the videos is control by the manager as he is the only one that has access to the information that are recorded on these videos. Which leads me to believe that either way Paul Young did not do his job. If the place did not get rob on Saturday or Sunday like I believe, then he did not do his job of checking the locks first thing in the morning and before he goes home. When I have talked to his regional manager, she seemed no to care and was very unhelpful and unapologetic to the actions of her employee. Furthermore, I also learned that the gates at the storage building off HWY 72 had some issues. I even saw the gate opening on its own couple of times. with that being said, I pay for a service. Yet, the service was not fulfilled. My advice to you all is to no use them as your storage unit. Their are dishonest. They will not look out for your stuff. And if something happens they will not help you.

We were customers of this location when it was CubeSmart. Unfortunately, we were not told about it…read morebeing sold to Public Storage but from day 1 of becoming Public Storage, it has been more than difficult to deal with customer service. I called the front desk when the side gate was locked (while myself and 4 other cars were outside the gate trying to get in) and they told me "Oh, it's been broken." But there was no sign up and the entry/exit was extremely difficult to exit, so all 4 cars had to back out into oncoming traffic to get out and it was dangerous. Furthermore, after 2+ months, the gate is STILL not working. Additionally, when I contacted customer service (multiple times) they always directed me to another phone number. The regional manager and "top executive" for the area were difficult to reach and also were unhelpful. I still cannot access my online account because I was told we have to change emails in person. Well, I'm out of state (because I moved - hence the need for storage) and the location closest to me is over 1.5 hours away from me. Lastly, we were overcharged for some unknown reason - when we finally reached the "top executive" to explain why, they said we were auto paying on the 20th and they bill on the first of the month, so they charged us an extra 10 days' worth to make their billing cycles easier for themselves. I do not recommend this company at all.
