The office manager is rude and the most unhelpful person you ever want to meet. They are giving it a facelift (got a nail in my tire) and it is looking better on the outside. Most of the items in my unit had mildew and were ruined after being stored there. Their prices are not competative with other facilities in town. My recommendation is to storage your belongs anywhere but here. I no longer rent from them.

A risky move considering how long I ended up leaving everything in there undisturbed, but it ended up paying off; everything survived. The staff was friendly and helpful, it is easy to get in and out, and the prices are great ($55/mo for my unit). They have monthly pest control and while there were a considerable amount of dead bugs in my unit when I opened it up after two years, the important thing is they were dead and none of my stuff was harmed. For the smallest storage unit they had I was able to put all of my furniture and things in there and still have room to walk around. The staff here are very nice as well and there's no worry about people breaking into the unit.
