Not surprisingly, an entire sprinkler zone was not working. The owner Jake returned the phone call and immediately started yelling, and screaming like an unhinged lunatic. Instead of trying to understand what information I was asking for he started screaming and using foul language. It was a rather frightening experience on the telephone, and Jake the owner seemed to lack any control over his anger. I've read some of the glowing recommendations from other people and it makes me wonder if maybe he's normal when everything goes his way but when confronted with potential problems who knows what this explosive guy is capable of.

This year I used them again for a Sprinkler tuneup and they were outstanding. I also had the owner come over to check the loud noises coming from the motor and he impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. Now my entire lawn is getting the coverage it needs. What I also like is that they remove the grass around the sprinkler heads. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again next year when it's time for the annual tune-up.
